Title: 7 star tatoo

In petras tatoo parlor I want my seven star tatoo inked or something and petra says i need 10 gems. I have 11, but when i press the get tatoo inked she says: "I thought I told you to fetch me the Special Ink? Without it, I cannot make any progress to your tattoo."

Where do i get the ink or do i have to find it.

Find it...look around.

No one is going to hand you the special ink here, so I suggest roaming around the game  ;).
