Naruto's Kyuubi mode pupils mixed with Sage Mode eyes to  make those weird plus sign things. So,  who knows?

Soul removal on a Child of Prophecy, what now!? >:3

Actually contributing to the topic, well... Kyu is right. As far as the rules of Shinobi Legends goes, there is not space for having RP moderated except for content that breaks site rules.

Even things that all of us know are not kosher, like autohitting, what does Neji say about autohitting in the rules? "You can do it, but other people probably won't want to play with you."

Since there's no room 'officially' for moderation of any kind, all we can really do is agree on something and try to lead by example for the rest of the community. Regardless of how we go about that, it needs to be made public knowledge.

In addition to the above mentioned points, Jutsu from Kekkei Genkai are never given a ranking.
Also, since it was being talked about recently, summons. The size of the summon is limited by the amount of chakra put in, as Jiraiya, when drugged, couldn't gather enough chakra together to summon Gamabunta. Summons need ranks.

Those are objects, of course they need to be kept track of. This is, presumably, talking about canon jutsus. Obviously, if you create a jutsu, someone would have to come and learn it from you.

So then is the summon limiting thing officially dropped then? I mean, It's pretty much been unanimous. Maybe we could get Neji to post a poll in the MotD? That seems like a fair way to get opinions from people that don't frequent the forums.

I was just thinking that as I was scrolling down, rather than limit, make things into a very simple, black and white format. Either a jutsu is available (potentially) to everyone, or no one gets it.

EMS I'd vote to ban because it's way overused. How many people actually have player character brothers that aren't alts who you then ripped their eyes out and took them for your own? A miniscule fraction, if any even have, of those that claim EMS.

Removing reset limitations is something I have mixed feelings about. As it's been stated before, SL isn't made to be a roleplaying site, it is a game and so taking the game aspect out of the RP just seems wrong...

At the same time, being able to buy everything you need isn't right either. I've been the only one to own this account since I started back in 2005. Does that have any value to it? I wonder...

Regardless, I approve of the dropping of specified contract holders, though that brings up the question, how do you go about getting a summon and, how many are you limited to? After all, everyone knows that if thise goes through, there are some people who'll immediately jump on it.

"I have a summoning contract with lions and tigers and bears and snakes and toads and dragons and snakes and hippogryphs and dogs and leeches and werewolves and.... etc."

That's a no go. It goes without saying. Or it should. But if it should go without saying, it probably needs to be said anyways. One summon per person? Two?

Yes but Danzo shows that it does need to be controlled that that doing so takes a significant effort to do. You can't just get an injection of super chakra with no drawbacks.

Most of the sites I have been involved with had a cap on Clan Member counts. For example only 3 Uchiha at the whole site, 5 Nara, ect.

This was to limit to many people being of one class and KG were never allowed to be stacked.

For characters that had other special traits such as Sage Mode they were not allowed to be of any clan nor host any form of KG or Hidden Jutsu.

I'm not gonna go into details about Rai's site as I feel it is not my place but from what he has told me I think everyone who joins will find it interesting. And I am most certain he will keep the rp fun and fair for all.

I myself have already started to develop a character, which I hope will fit into the plot of the site once it is chosen and what not.

I like how this was your idea and now you're bowing to Raifudo's way of doing things~

At any right, seems like fun. I can be game for this.

Except for someone who isn't a senju trying to use that DNA is going to have an additional strain on them. Just look at Danzo.

Man, how I wish I could just press a button and return to early '06. There were hardly any OP rpers back then and originality was always encouraged. Now... Well, rping is just depressing as hell.

This. This right here. So much yes to this.

As for the subject at hand, what is canonically feasible don't make the slightest bit of difference.

Hyuuga, Kaguya, Rinnegan and Medical ninjutsu. I could make a spot in my forehead to keep  Mangekyo Sharingan, optic nerves with Medical ninjutsu. Then, use Jyuuken to open my own Inner Gates and use Soul Removal on a Child of Prophecy, mastering Sage Mode instantaneously and in doing so have obtained 7 of the 8 KG in game. Canonically possible with what I have but no one would allow that. Understandably so.

It's a sad truth but what you could do has to be balanced with what doesn't piss everybody off.

Here's my thoughts on the matter, for what they're worth. I've said it before, the differing opinions on how things should work is the problem. Sometimes there's a right answer, other times, it hasn't been said one way or the other  from an 'official source'

Example: There was a thread about how much Senjutsu chakra a person can absorb safely. Initially, lots of people were discussing mathematical formulas for how to determine it; obviously they say there's a set percentage to be.
Me, personally, I believe in differentiating between Senjutsu chakra and Nature Energy. I say that Senjutsu chakra doesn't have the dangers inherent that Nature energy does. I have evidence for why I feel so but, at the same time, that someone could have a differing opinion is perfectly reasonable.

So, Hunter Nin Kakashi is fighting Mizukage Terumi. She uses a Senjutsu Lava Waterfall to which Kakashi absorbs it with his Rinnegan's Preta Path.

Judge A says that Kakashi is turning into stone
Judge B says that his is not turning into stone. Disparity between judges. But usually, only one judge decides and what they say goes.

Different scenario:
Kakashi uses his sharingan to copy the lava waterfall and make his own.
Judge A says ok, it's allowed.
On judges ruling, it's legit. That is all it takes, despite the fact that, since season 1, 'Sharingan can't copy Kekkei Genkai'. It's stated in black and white, but a judge's misguided opinion supercedes canon basis. I've seen it happen before.

Which brings me to the point of my long winded explanation; what really is legit? With so many differing ideas about how things should work, everyone thinks their way is the right way. Obviously, that can't be true but no one ever stops to consider that they might be incorrect. Thus, 'judging' is never going to have any kind of legitimacy. Even with a group of elected officials, there will always be things judge A allows and judge B does not.

The Ice Prison technique is the first one you get in the basic Hyouton..... x.x
Ice dome, I'm all for. The thing that really drags down Hyouton is that it seems to only be good one fight at a time. Makyou Hyoushou stays on permanently during a fight but once the fight is over, it's done.

If it lasted one round for every mirror you form, that would be a great deal more useful.

If anything, since the more resets in Mokuton, the cheaper the moves are, could at least have Hyouton give you some starting basic Ice jutsu, the way Uchiha gives you auto-fire
