after obtaining ame-no-nuboko my companion-buff did not reappear. to be honest, i have not read the whole event. sorry if its meant to be like this and i just have not noticed. =(

Happened to me a while ago too; my companion reappeared about 20 turns later << found it odd, but didn't think to report it .-.

the companions seem not be that stable.

that event can't be the source, but if you find "if I do exactly *this* and then they vanish" ... let me know.

just to avoid misunderstandings.. talking about "companion" i mean mount. akamaru and so on.
