Title: Heidi Where Are yuoooo!!!???

well..

im a newbie here.. i just wanna ask something weird!!

i want to burn a blue candle.. and firs thingi should go to konaha and click heidis place ryt??
but why i didnt see any heidis name on the selection of the konoha?

is it a bug? or i am blind? i click all the following but pwamiz there is no heidi on my selection...!!!

can you tell me the exact and broad direction??

dude you already got the answer at konoha, but ill tell you. you need to be lvl 10.

Level 10+? this only applies for academy students right? because I see it all the time.

yup only to acads, after your a genin you see it all the time. i tend to avoid it.
