Title: Current Hiraishin Users
Post by: Jolt on July 19, 2013, 01:55:10 PM: This is being made to confirm the current Hiroshima users and awknowledge who is able to use it. To my knowledge, Dark removed the knowledge of Hiroshima from those who signed his scroll. Going off Nash's Wiki, there are 4 current users.

Tommi started letting people claim to be a user some time back but this was voided by Fifty if I am correct.

So I guess the answer or response i'm looking for also is to determine whether all those people who got Tommi to say they can use it, even at the time he went through that depression are able to use it or not?
