Objectives:
Get information on what the rogue ninja looks like and track him down. This requires stealth and precision as the target pins himself around local villagers to keep himself safe. Kill the target or bring the inactive body to the jail cell of Konoha for interrogation, without anyone noticing. Non-leaf shinobi must gain entry to the village first before anything.
