Having played a part in the creating of the bijuu rules and being a jinchuuriki i'd have to speak from my experience in the past. For one, a host can establish rules for their bijuu match as long as
A) They don't conflict with the established rules already in play. Things such as changing the overall makeup of the bijuu. Example being creating a four tailed bat bijuu or something outrageous like that.
B) They are discussed and agreed upon by both parties BEFORE the match. Such as my rule of all challenges against me be in character and i reserve the right to make it a death match should i be the victor.
We purposely left certain parts open for the challenger and the host to discuss allowing a degree of creative control. That being said, the bijuu matches have always been with the understanding that if you have the resets for said claims then you can use said claims. If you want to bar those uses then again, that fall under the discussion between the two of you BEFORE the match begins. If you don't like the hosts rules then nobody is making you challenge them.

Ok here's the skinny on this. No rule was made against selling a bijuu with an account because quite frankly it's near impossible to prove who the actual person controlling the account on the other end is. Sure it's a low move and frowned upon however if someone who is a current jinchuuriki sells their account as is then that's the end of the discussion. If Yujo sells his account the bijuu is tied to that account at the moment. That's all. It's just most people know how hard it is to obtain bijuu so they don't even think to do this. However, it's his right so long as he understands this won't be reversed.
It's no different than if someone gave a bijuu to someone else and then sold that person the account afterwards.

I just thought it would be cool and that Jinchuriki should play a larger role in game play. The Jinchuriki suggestion or making Kyuubi/Shukaku limited to particular circumstances besides luck would be one possible method to making biju more involved in game play (like maybe having to have a certain stat requirement, items, etc. to encounter a chance to have the biju mounts) or turning it into a special forest event with similar chances as the stables, but based also on stats/pre-requisites like how the CS event functions.
Bro we get that but you're not listening to us. The permanant kyuubi is rare as it is. Not only does one require luck but also the gems, gold and dk requirement to obtain it. If you want something rarer than that you'd have to look at the rasengan or something.

You just have to keep looking for the fox. Took me four months to get it the first time i maxed kg's then when the sages were introduced another two months of constant checking *got lucky*
As for my take on becoming jinchuuriki ingame like a reset i agree with the other vets. It's pointless and pretty much every possible advantage you can get in game can already be accomplished via a combo of reborns and mounts.

The others just mess around in an attempt to get the technique, though I can understand how my case would be used as examples by this, if this is allowed.
All I say in return is that out of these people, I have official claim, which you've personally seen, so I'd like to believe that I should be an exception from this. Though maybe I am missing something, the fine print or however they say.
Whether if you're the one who has a legit claim or not Dark's ruling supercedes Naruto's. Meaning although you can RP as Naruto and have complete access to all that his account carries, you can't learn the jutsu from Naruto's account.

I suck at leveling hyuugas. I just inherited my sister's account and died first shot out of the gate, even with the red kyuubi. She has 3 resets in it.

Hyuuga's are really easy actually
