If I remember correctly, you can have both but you can only use one or the other depending on your alignement.
(I.E. You can only get and use the seal while you're evil and you can only get and use the tattoo when good. Though I'm not sure if Neji made it like this so I may be mistaken.)

man.. how come i couldn't get it? i think i'm the 1st one who saw it once neji you announced it. i just saw it yesterday with that "guy". and after i.... and i.. but it causes me losing some hitpoints and exp. man i think it needs few a....... to be able to get it.

Thought cursed seal was 1 in 12 chance...... but Oh well.

it's supposed to be 1 in 10 but it's actually rare to find people who actually got it under ten tries. really rare.

error, as in me not even SEEING anything about it yet, but am killed by a certain, possibly rare, unavoidable event, in which the only option is death... but other than that, no...

you think this is hard, neji made seal two......ugh, lets just say that I have 387 chakra points, I use Hyouton jutsu that cost 6 chakra points, that gives me 5 flawless fights per use. so that means I get(and withought refreshing or using my original turns)
322 additional turns......I have found the encountered both events 1 single time in two weeks :(, but thats okay, its funner when its more difficult :twisted:

The highest I heard on trying to get the Seal was 47 times, KyuubiKakashi, and he still doesn't have it. Now that's what I call bad luck. :(

the only time I run into the event is at level 1 and 2... and usually, before I get my weapon... that's messed up man... and with all these other events that I don't give a crap about, making me use my jutsu and items before I can get to the SST event, just screws me over even more... *sigh*

I got the tattoo on my.. 4th try I believe. But I know absolutely nothing about upgrading it and ink and stuff... I never even knew there was more to it until I read it in the forums. I wonder if I'll ever get to see these events?

Hmm, I actually think it's easier to be good.. so many opportunities... I'm trying my hardest to beat KBoogi in the hall of fame.. I'm ranked 6th for most good. ^^;
And I was wondering.. who else besides KBoogi has more than the shell to the tattoo? I haven't seen anyone else with it...

I was inactive from the game for 3 straight real days and I dropped from being ranked 2nd most good to 3rd most good and I haven't been able to redeem myself ever since. *sigh* All hopes of de-throwning KBoogi are out the window now. T_T Not being able to get back up to 2nd place is nore frustrating then getting the tattoo ink. >_<

I think there is no such thing as special ink. I think Kboogi and Neji are in this together to try and get people to stop leveling up and hunt for somethign that doesn't exist. I have been trying to get the ink since like beginning of the year and yet to find it. Now a master hokage 10th listed as good and over 100 actually forest fights a day and I still haven't been able to even get a hint of where it is. I have tried eventhing to be good and still nothing.
So I think it is a scam :evil:

I found out that someone else other than KBoogi has several parts to the tattoo as well... I forget the name, though. I searched for him and it's legit. It makes me so sad. T_T But.. it proves that Neji and KB aren't scamming us lmao! =p

My Hunter-Nin got the 7 star tattoo shell on the very first try...
My Hokage got the shell on the 4th try as an Anbu...
And my poor Kage has still yet to get the shell after attempt after attempt after attempt after attempt after attempt after attempt after attempt after attempt after attempt.... it is really wearing thin by now. Poor Lilah. No one loves her. T_T
