The 4th Hokage will be seeking a successor to the fabled Shrine Maiden of Birds. The current leadership of Tori no Kuni seeks to maintain political control of the country.

Rules/Foundation / Maintaining Abilities/Host Reintegration

I looked for many places to see if this particular topic was already breached but could not find anything specific. I do apologize if there is indeed a recent thread regarding such.

It has come to my attention that some individuals claim Tailed Beast Passives like Lava Release and Ink can be kept by an ex host assuming they mastered those bijuu respectively during their times as Jinchuuriki.

I was wondering what the exact 'official' consensus was, as my character Tomi himself has had full Mastery of the 8 tails and 4 tails respectively having kept them longer than the full mastery time required in the current rules. These events of course happened well before said rules were established however I'm certain I can have several people, perhaps a few of the council members themselves vouch for my claim of such, assuming they remember it. So will Tomi be able to claim the related techs he had while hosting those beasts? I seek to question no other claim beyond those. This of course, applies to all past jinchuuriki who have successfully mastered said bijuu at one point or another/can be vouched for as legitimate by whatever sources the Council deems valid.

The Second issue at hand, what happens when a former Host becomes reintegrated with a tailed beast it has mastered prior? Will it be cut by 1/2, 1/3, etc? Or will the full acclimation time stand regardless of past experience?

I think these questions should be discussed and voted upon by the Bijuu Council and integrated into the current rule set, if they have yet to be dealt with.

Feature Requests / Clan Hall Visitation Keys

I was thinking we should be able to visit other Clan Halls without leaving our own clan by a a system in which the Clan Administrators of that clan can give out 'keys' to players outside of their clan to give them access to the clan halls. Perhaps 15 keys like for Shinobi Castles. This would allow Clans to RP as an in game location in which it could interact with other groups and so forth.

Village Square / Tori no Kuni SL RP Event

The 4th Hokage has returned after several years of traveling amongst the lands of 'normies'/non shinobi, studying the culture of those who live without chakra.

His goal is to find a compatible Female Uzumaki who can carry on the Tori Summoning Contract/become the Head Miku to Tori no Kuni (Land of Birds). This is to preserve the 'contract' the Tori Miku Lineage holds with the 'divine messenger' Yatagarasu, a 3 legged crow of lore. The original Tori Miku was an Uzumaki, hence why Tomi seeks one of their clan who might be compatible genetically.

However not all of Tori no Kuni wants to have the Tori Miku lineage restored as they hoped it would have died out with Tomi. (He holds the blood of such/it's a long story but has been established in his biography for some time) Hence there will be a civil war in the Land of Birds. Those who support the revival of the Tori Miku to power, and those who greed to contain their current status quo.

Both factions will vie for contracts with the various Hidden Villages to fight in their civil war to determine the fate of the Land of Birds. This might involve the assasination of the potential canidate, the destruction of the Divine Gate Lineage Scroll (A blood contract which permits the summoning of Torii as a powerful artifact), and what not.

I still need to brainstorm and come out with some in character reward for those who might be involved on either side of the civil war. It has to be appealing to join both factions.

I'll need to get things sorted out/multiple people involved in the brainstorming phase/moderators to regulate it and such. More or less, think of it as potentially being in a Naruto Movie/Filler Arc. The purpose is to write a compelling, interesting story whom the players determine the outcome with their character's various actions and so forth.

Discussions / Candidates for the Bijuu Referees - Why I want to be a Referee.

Alrighty, here those who have signed up for the Bijuu Referee Commission are asked to provide why they wish to be said referee and what will they do/can they provide as a said referee?

This way, we can get to know our candidates, and what they stand for, without the mass messaging, and all of that.

This, of course is optional, but highly recommended.

Game Related Discussions / Advanced Role-Play Game Masters

Alright, might as well start this topic up (again? Never seen one up before) I propose the concept of a 24/7
or something around that timing, force of compitent, unbiased group of 'Serious' Role-Play moderators or Game Masters. Bear with, and hear me out.

These people would be the ones to resolve zone-fight conflicts and such for those who want to take on a more 'officia' tone for role-play.

Say if two people agree to a bijuu match, for the 'uniform' list of singular jinchuuriki, and a fight ensues but a decision cannot be made by the two parties of the match, for whatever reason. There needs to be some resolution, right?

Hence, the Game Masters come in, look over the material, and decide who's the 'victor' if any. No more arguing, conviction gets around, people go on.

I propose that these GMs will not 'interfere' with people just wanting to goof off and such.
They will however, handle the disputes, set by compititons that the players make through 'serious' and or 'official' role-play and such.

Shinobi Legends is a Role-Play site. I believe there needs to be a system for those who wish to enter a more serious role-play, and guide lines to be layed out and such.

People who don't want to take apart of it don't have to, it will be just another 'feature' that players can turn 'on' and 'off'.

I believe this will solve many disputes in SL, and indirectly cut down on rule-breaking that occurs as a result of these disputes, thus lowering the load that the Admin and Moderators face as a whole.

I'd appreciate some feedback, idea, concerns, and such.

My goal is to have a conjoined effort from the players to either make this concept the best it can be, or find another one to fill its place.

Is this possibly a misspelling of: Senju of the Forest.

Village Square / Konohagakure Roleplay

So let's see, the roleplay system in Konohagakure's in a mess as far as I can tell. Multiple 'official' hokages. The current most reasonable/Official one Sharuto is being a complete jerk to some people, and seemingly lacks usage of certain levels of mannors.

Personally, I'm up for a safe, un-harrassed chat setting for the Konohagakure page.

As I've heared all around Konohagakure is 'dead' and the other chat pages are either in the same rut or going down the same path.

So what do you guys think?

Is there appropriate if any action to take to adress this apparent issue?

I want to hear it from you!
