Yes, let's describe Naruto character in our own way, based on their design, name, actions, behavior etc.
Naruto - failed Shinobi, but a great Super Saiyan.
Kabuto - Orochimaru wanna-be
Anko - practically half naked without her jacket.
Orochimaru - Voldemort's long lost brother.
Choji - a teen with eating disorder.
Kankuro - a failed make-up artist.
Kisame - man-shark hybrid.
Jūgo - the incredible Hulk of Naruto.
Zetsu - a giant humanoid Venus Flytrap.
Tobi - love him better when he was a clown.
Danzo - a man who took day-dreaming to the extreme (Izanagi).
Shikamaru - the unmotivated teen.
Akamaru (puppy) - Snoopy.

Naruto - Naive, pretty stereotypical shounen protagonist.
Sasuke - Emo-panda.
Sakura - Useless.
Orochimaru - Bored.
Kabuto - Orochimaru's fanboy.
Kisame - Dinner.
Zetsu - Garnish.
Tobi - Madara.
Danzo - Anti-hero.
Konoha 11 - Ultimately useless.
Tsunade - Old.
Mei - Cross between Tsunade and Kushina.
Gaara - Redeemed emo.
Kankuro - Sasori's plaything.
Itachi - Troll.
Madara - Tobi.
Fugaku - Dead either way.
I could go on all day (literally), but I'll leave it at that for the time being.
