Please state your decision on the matter at hand.
I think Athos should get his fight for the 9 tails against Genesis. Character to character this would be
Kaze v/s Genesis

I'm still waiting on the proof that's Athos used or told Gene that he was going to use Kaze for the match.
Either way, my vote is that Gene gets to use Synthesis as Synth is the current host according to the player who holds the Kyūbi.
Doesn't really matter who Synth faces for it.

It was never stated that he was using Kaze for the match.
My vote is that Genesis has to be used for the match.

Synth, unless evidence ever comes up that the biju was ever attributed to the character of Genesis.

My vote is that Syth has to defend it against the first challenger on the list that was earned through Kurama, which happens to be Athos.

Well, with four votes for Synth, that's a wrap to this thread. So unless the undecided Hades, Kay, or Shadow want to try and sway the council to change their vote. This case is done with.

I see no reason to prolong this nor would i have created a vote thread but Athos closed the discussion one.
I Would let the vote stand as is.
In the future we may wish to have the threads remain open until the council is done using them, rather than the person who is bringing the matter to the council...unless they are dropping the issue entirely.

Why? So all may have their opportunity to share their vote and their reasoning. And also, so no one accuses of someone else not "voting" because they weren't one of the four people who decided to post first...that would be ridiculous. ;)
As a council, we should continuously anticipate problems, and figure out solutions before they occur.

There's already a majority, but I would also vote Synth. Athos should be specifying which character he would be using, but it sounds like that was covered already.
