Unlikely. The chance of encounter and death has already been reduced greatly when I last petitioned about it.

Neji forgets to turn events off sometimes. I was receiving last year's Halloween candy from defeating mobs until just recently =~=

All That Is Bijuu / Re: Centralized Storage for Summoned Biju?
« on: June 21, 2017, 12:53:43 PM »
@Eric
Why does it has to be easily accessible?

Think of the island like Genbu (the Island Turtle), floating somewhere out in the ocean. If you can fly and know exactly where it is, it's not hard to reach. Going by boat or on the back of a giant amphibious/aquatic summon with a rough idea of where it is would take longer, but still doable. Trying to find it without the slightest idea of where it is would be is impossible unless you got really really lucky and the waves just happen to carry you there.

As for the lore, the Sage of Six Paths created the island for the Bijuu, as a place where they can gather together and be free. All bijuu know its location, but will only reveal it to the Jinchuuriki or summoner after they have really bonded with it. Or you can simply use Genjutsu on your Bijuu and make it reveal the location after your character found out about its existence.

This is why I voted "Nay". Did no one thought about this before voting "Yay"?

My suggestion would be an area similar to Mount Myōboku. Only the summoner would know the location and be able to have the Bijuu to reverse summon him/her to the location.

p/s: I'm aware that Orochimaru found the Ryūchi Cave on his own, but for RP sake, let's just not allow players to discover such location on their own.

The stuff that I listed does not dictates how a summoned Bijuu must act. There are no contradiction, as #3 is just stating that, even with the bond between you (summoner) and the Bijuu maxed out, it will only carry out commands. It does not have the initiative to protect you or fight for you. Showing signs of weakness will damage that bond and make the Bijuu less willing to listen to you.

As for building respect through the show of strength, I guess you could do it through one of these several method;
1) Defeat the Bijuu in a battle (includes sparring with your Bijuu). If you obtained the Bijuu through a IC challenge, you start off with the Bijuu already having a certain degree of respect for your strength.
2) As suggested by Eric, Pokemon battles. Show how capable you are as a commander during a Bijuu VS Bijuu fight.
3) Defeating a Jinchuuuriki with the Bijuu.

1) The only kind of bond that a summoner can forge between him/her and a Bijuu, is one of respect earned from the show of strength. Showing any kind of weakness would damage that bond.
2) The Bijuu will not actively try to kill its summoner even when not under Genjutsu or unrestrained by chains of chakra and whatnot.
3) It will carry out the commands of its summoner without being forced or threaten.
4) It does not have the initiative to protect its summoner when he/she is in danger. Even when it is ordered to do so, it will see this as a sign of weakness and become less willing to listen to its summoner in the future.

Spam / Re: Inexplicable Events
« on: June 20, 2017, 07:27:39 AM »
This happened during the late afternoon of my grandma's funeral. Me and my cousin was sitting outside, after seeing my grandma one last time. While we were chatting, I notice that one of the chains between two roadside poles were swinging back & forth as if someone was using it as a swing. My 1st thought was, might be the wind. But none of the other chains next to it were moving. Then I thought to myself, maybe someone left it swinging. If so, then the momentum should die down soon enough if we keep watching. It never did, it kept swinging with the same momentum. In fact, it started swinging even higher. After ruling out all possible logical explanations, we got the chills and stopped watching...

Village Square / Re: Chakra Counting
« on: June 15, 2017, 05:15:45 AM »
No point in enforcing too many rules and too many systems that needs to be followed while roleplaying. On paper, this would make RP more organized, fair, and fun (or at least less frustrating for some). But in reality, it's cumbersome to have to keep track of how much chakra you have left in each of your current on-going fights. Having to refer to a cost list before you make every move because not all of us can remember how much chakra each and every one of our Jutsu cost. Not to mention some of us may create new jutsu on the spot depending on the situation.

Yay, I guess. Summoning a Bijuu outside of battle or training? You guys are taking bestiality to a whole new level.

Nay, because some apartments do not allow pets. Also, getting a cage or tank to fit a bijuu would cost a fortune.

Nay, the limit on how much a summoner can bond with their Bijuu is too vague.

- Rebuild the Hamlet registry into two pages. A listings page with abandoned houses and listings for sale. And a separate registry of occupied and houses in construction houses. Their current mixed status is obnoxious because all mixed up it just looks bad and takes up too much space on the hamlet registry/dwelling imo.
That or a sorting system would be nice. A sorting system should be easier to implement than to rebuild the entire Hamlet registry.

- Raise the global maximum on the coffers balance in residences to at least 2 million gold.
I don't see this happening. The coffers aren't meant to let you fund an army.
Quote
- Include gems in coffer storage with a maximum of 200.
I don't see this happening either. Can be used to build up a large amount a gems with alt accounts, buying & selling gems, or simply to save your gems before a reset.

- A Ginkaku and Kinkaku "something special event"
- Gatos thugs event with Zori and Waraji "something special event"
- Jako's Gang "something special event"
1) Those are already regular forest enemies.
2) Don't think the forest needs more events.

- treasured tools of the sage of six paths "something special event", like the green destiny it disappears after every oro kill but players can choose which tools they want if they encounter this equally rare event.
So you can start the next DK (a.k.a Orochimaru Kill) with a powerful weapon at level 1?

- scroll of seals "something special event" As difficult as the rasengan quest but creates an opportunity for the Multiple Shadow Clone Technique.
With basic ninjutsu (Bunshin, Kawarimi etc), normal specialties (Jutsu), KG specialties, and Rasengan, the specialty menu is plenty crowded already. And it's about to get even more crowded soon.

- clan administrators - founder rank can send out clan wide pms with contract opportunities. The admin - founder who submits the contract must pay for its submission themselves based on contract rank. Contracts can be some kind of stock event(s) with various rigor.
The idea of being able to send out PMs to multiple players with very little effort has been rejected in the past as it can be easily abused and used to sent out spam or ads.

The reward can range from gold -> gold & gems - > gold & gems & dp - gold & gems & dp & rank up opportunity.
I think this will help rp because according to the discretion of the contract submitter the number of contracts clan members complete will reveal their contribution to the clan and reveal how active they are in the clan. This could help clan members rank up within the clan/village. This necessitates that there be a running tally according to the number of contracts each person has fulfilled. Also in the ninja hall of fame there could be a section for the clan that has completed the most S-rank contract which will, of course be the most difficult.
All which could be achieved by putting more afford into RP without coding. Write RP missions & put out DP rewards for clan members who completes them. Build a promotion system that is based on RP instead of in-game stats.

A Recipe Mastery skill (meaning that recipes last longer and can be constrcuted with fewer resources) and recipe accessibility in Anko's Workshop
Let's say a triple Kunai requires 3 Kunai to make. Mastering the craft allows you to make it with only 2 kunai? What kind of witchcraft is that?

More available merchandise in all categories of the Ninja's Merchants business.
This I can agree on. The ninja merchant is like a restaurant with 12 out of the 15 items on its menu being unavailable all the time...
