Errr, about what time frame is chapter 600? If we're talking void everything prior to Madara even came onto the scene, then I can see what's up, but between that and the arrival of Kaguya Mastah, that's a decent number of things to get rid of.

I think ever since Limbo showed up? I'm not sure when what techniques came when... basically all new rinnegan techs and everything Kaguya pulls out of her ass.

Don't void the bones! That jutsu is so cool. If it hits you it makes you start to dissolve, it's no worse than Dust Release. Limbo and Shifting I am fine with voiding, pretty much anything else they do can be dismissed with "You aren't the 10 tails host/God/Yondaime Amekage."

I immediately regret offering to do this, but here it is. I am going to list them under the groups of "Needs no Attention" if the jutsu is fine "Questionable" if we might want to change it "Nope" if it's just completely voidable and "N/A" if it cannot be used on SL anyway (Usually in the case of Shinju/Sot6P Powers).
What I did was I went from chapter page to chapter page and listed anything that was made a page of it's own. So things like Madara's Multi-Chibaku Tensei are not listed as it is just a variation of Chibaku Tensei.
There are of course my OPINIONS, so it can certainly be brought up that something I think is fine should be voided. This is just a lot to digest and I thought I'd be nice and set us up all nice and pretty to start discussing it.

I don't think Infinite Tsukuyomi will ever be obtained. And even if someone happened to create it, it'd be banned without a second thought.
We might need to make a forum post explaining the use of the Gates. One cannot activate the 8th gate right off the battle. It's happened to Koji before (though it was voided for obvious reasons).

I'm honestly baffled as to how you can compare lighting a Rasen-Shuriken on fire with Amaterasu, being able to switch spots with someone, and being able to inexplicably, completely negate and reflect an attack as strong as a Mini-Bijuu-Dama with a freakin fan.
I'm not going to explain it because if you cannot figure it out on your own it is not worth my time to explain it to you.

Because http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Uchiha_Return (Uchihaagaeshi) is shown in that picture blocking a naruto rasengan combined with bijuu chakra. You can tell by the blackness of it. Which is bs? That means I can block basically all lesser ninjutsu too. Maybe tai even? It'd allow anyone with a gunbai to use it. Unless once again we implement restrictions on it. Rinnegan and EMS obtained, cooldown of 10 turns, yadayada.

With the current FTG rules it will have to be modded in order to do this anyway. Also with the ow number of people who use FTG and none of them really rp together. It's very low chance of ever being used either way.

I was confused for moment but anyway the way I actually used Uchihagaeshi is I had to use the exact amount of chakras to reflect (nullify the effects of an incoming attack) then deflect (send the technique back on along it's original course) it back at them with the opposite amount of force they tried to attack me with.
It wasn't a Rasengan though but actually a Super Mini-Tailed Beast Ball. >>
I just don't know if anyone will agree on the chakra cost per each reflect and deflections; minus cool-down times, of course.
As for everything else, I can really agree that perhaps some collaboration amongst users will improve some activity on the site.

While I do agree that a lot of stuff needs to be ignored, I can't say for certain yet that EVERYTHING should be voided. Perhaps there's still a chance a new jutsu that isn't OP might pop up from someone else. I'm not fond of blanket voids, as this opens the door for potential crazyness. But I do agree the jutsu in general so far have been void-worthy xD

It really has. People now carry a limit of 2 bijuu's worth and then the people with actual bijuu carry 10 bijuus worth. Haha, seriously though. We need restrictions on a lot of things. Its just that you cannot measure chakra. Not like you can a cool down period.
I think it is more useful when nerfing things to say how many posts it takes to set up, how many posts it will last, and how many posts the cool down is rather than try to say it costs chakra.
As to chakra cost you might mention that no 'X' level jutsu can be used for 'Y' number of rounds, to indicate how large a force of chakra was expelled.
I don't really think that effectively ranges how much chakra is being used at all...unless I'm too tired to get it....
Rasengan is condensed chakra and can be used in 1 round...that doesn't say how much chakra is being used...
As opposed to you have 4000 chakra points left.....
Rasenshuriken takes 1500 points.....you have 2500 left
Using Sage mode restores and boosts your chakra to 9000 points
Using two rasenshurikens uses 3000 you have 6000 left
and so on. Seems easier in my opinion.

I am going to list them under the groups of "Needs no Attention" if the jutsu is fine "Questionable" if we might want to change it "Nope" if it's just completely voidable and "N/A" if it cannot be used on SL anyway (Usually in the case of Shinju/Sot6P Powers).
What I did was I went from chapter page to chapter page and listed anything that was made a page of it's own. So things like Madara's Multi-Chibaku Tensei are not listed as it is just a variation of Chibaku Tensei.

The bones can pierce quite easily as you saw with the Naruto clone so i personally think this should go away to the void of the void realm, sorry Shikotsumyaku users.

Also, for the bones, even if it's a one-hit kill that isn't really OP, we have Jinton and Human Realm, so I don't think being able to stab someone with a bone for the win is any worse.
Also, yeah, I totally see the Izanagi Transcription basically being Never Die no Jutsu. We should make it clear that you need to state doing it and you should save your post as proof since it's going to look like bs when 8 months later someone stabs you and you say you're fine.

Meh, I think this is all too much. Nothing really needs to be voided, half of these techniques require a prerequisite like the Rinnegan shifting technique, and most of the new rasengans Naruto has shown. Since nobody on Sl is getting the sage's chakra, these techniques can't be used, so no need to actually void them as nobody will get the prerequisite.

37. This is fine as long as it's understood that the Eight Gates cannot be survived on SL. This ability practically spells death for anyone facing it; death needs to be the equivalent for the user.
38. Eric brings up an interesting point here. If this ability is placed directly on the target's heart, it needs to be done with medical or space-time ninjutsu, not simply by striking their chest. If it's activated on their chest, it needs to be removable by restriking the chest. I vote that this be changed to be applied on the user's body in general.
41. Far too powerful. Void entirely.
43. If this is allowed at all, it needs to be with nerfs similar to the Edo Tensei: While you've materialized a sentient being, you don't regain the chakra spent for it. The sentient being may be immune from aging but can't be completely immortal. Edo Tensei zombies shouldn't be allowed to do this as they're not "alive."
44. This is an ability that should only be usable by the Ten Tails; those below it may be able to shoot several smaller Bijuudama, but they're far weaker and temporarily exhaust the Bijuu.
45. Most Mokuton abilities have become extremely powerful; this is at- or near the apex. If this were done on a smaller scale it'd be acceptable, but not at the magnitude shown unless multiple users expend chakra for it.

I actually agree with Bocc here, in that this ability is too dangerously powerful. Even the Sharingan cannot react. However, if the Sharingan were able to react in time, the point of the technique'd be gone. Hiraishin is meant to be carefully monitored, and this ability very nearly allows one to go too far with it; I've yet to see any Hiraishin users actually use it, though.
47. Related to 45; acceptable on a smaller scale, but not on the way it's used.
48. This Rasenshuriken is more powerful than some Bijudama. It either needs to have serious drawbacks on the user -- in that they're extremely drained for awhile or something similar -- or be unusable in entirety.
49. The dangers of an Edo Tensei. Edo Tensei are immortal, regenerate, and never run out of chakra; I've always argued that due to the last quality they're too powerful. This ability can't be so simply used by the living, and if an Edo Tensei uses it then they need to be temporarily stunned from the backlash while they regenerate from their own damage.
50. A powerful barrier ability, I think this should be allowed -- if it's not quite this powerful. It also needs to tax the user rapidly.
51. If the "Five elements" nature is taken away, this ability is fine.
52. I'll accept this if, as Bocc said, the ability needs to pierce the enemy instead of touching them. Think of it as extremely hot, corrosive bones.
53. (Uchiha Return) I originally thought this was far too powerful to allow at all. Kamui's explanation of matching chakra to negate and reflect makes sense...Given that one has the Sharingan active and the elements necessary to counteract the ability. There's a mechanic in Naruto known as Counter-Balancing; this could basically be it applied perfectly through a medium. However, with the potency of this ability it should also have some form of cooldown.
54. No. No Bijuu-trees. No Treeju.
55. Also too powerful; used to indicate how strong Naruto's become. If this is used, it needs to have as a requirement a Bijuu level of chakra, after which one is completely drained and can't fight anymore for awhile.
56. Limbo is easily too powerful to exist; I agree that "NOPE" describes this ability best.
57. This could be used to completely give a Tailed Beast away, but other than that I don't think it should be allowed. Regarding the rules of the Tailed Beasts:

This falls under dividing its power into multiple entities; there are a few canonical things we don't allow simply because they're be too powerful -- the entire point of this conversation -- and this is one of them. 66. From what I can gather of this technique, one will teleport betwen the various kunai and basically slash through the whole area instantly. As we've not seen it in practice, thouh, there's no point in trying to manage it.
All other abilities require prerequisites we can't achieve on SL, such as being the Jinchuuriki of multiple tailed beasts or the Juubi.

Just ban/nerf (I highly suggest ban) the prereqs and we don't have to deal with frkn lists.

I would like to think that we don't need to make a void list you know. People should be able to look at a jutsu and say that is is to much for rp. That shouldn't be something that is to hard to do.... I'd 'like' to think.

We have seen this attack once, but we have been exposed to it at least once before:

The two techniques, if you look at it, are very similar in both design and execution. The only difference is that Minato went for the rasengan approach and Tobirama went for the sword in hand approach.
It can be presumed that neither victim was able to react in time, despite having the sharingan. The reasons may be due to the sheer speed of hiraishin, or perhaps the location of the marked kunai. Just my cents on that matter.

I think it's not so much that it's too fast, but the placement itself...with the second step. Instead of going directly straight how he usually does, he went above the kanji seal, thus throwing him off guard not to mention the last second teleport.
I see both of these attacks as legit. Why? All they're doing is holding a weapon. (Sword, rasengan, shiv, ect.) and then FTG to some location. If there just happens to be someone they want to kill before they reach point B, OR AT point B just use the weapon on them.
Still on SL we basically let people know when we use the tech as we have to be like "Hey yo, there's a marked kunai behind and....well I'mma let you finish in a min, but I'mma teleport there now." We don't go around spamming it unless you're Bocc and Dark and more or less just doing it for fun.

It is not impossible, if correctly set up you would need to use some kind of instantaneous defense, but it is possible to survive it, is my point.

Indeed it can be defended against. It is not truly an instant attack. The teleportation is in an instant but the user still has to adapt to the shift in space and attack. Although, it may not take the longest to do that does open up a small gap to defend. I have defended against it before when Tomi used it or something similar using kenjutsu. I think of many more jutsu that are harder to defend against.

Other than preventing the technique from being executed in the first place, yes, it would be very hard to dodge if set up correctly.
The user teleports to a marked target, with weapon in hand, to instantaneously deliver a swift, devastating slash to his opponent. The sheer speed of this technique, is such that even an individual who possesses the Sharingan is unable to react in time.
It never says that the sharingan cannot follow it. It simply states that even an individual possessing the sharingan is unable to react in time, particularly if the target is marked.
In the series, Izuna himself was not marked, but meh, what zee wikia says.

I just realized that when I killed, I think his name was Shindo, in my attack on Oto I totally did him in with Hiraishin-Giri, just without realizing that was what I was doing.
