I've made this thread in order to resolve a SL rp issue that I didn't agree entirely with either side but way too many people complaining to me about Bocc's rinnegan made me acknowledge it as an issue similar in gravity to a full scale god modding. So given that resolving an rp issue was my intention I would not consider resolving more of them while related to the one in question as going off topic or spam.

Yes, Bocc did agree to drop the claim if it is not voided until after the fight with Kamui.

I said such was reasonable given that it's better than us going back and forth ignoring/bashing Bocc and him not dropping it.
BUT, more importantly I agree to such because through the entire history of SL many things were only later on acknowledge as god-modding, such case would be instantaneous kawirimi with zero preparation such as hand seals and what not, it being treated like a time-space ninjutsu that surpasses hirashin while it is just a D rank complementary technique. Many other examples exist. What I am trying to get at is that certain things were considered modish at one point or another but that did not result in the voiding of gains they have produced before such.

Being a sage of the six paths does not even mean much, hell, you might barely be able to use a few techniques before running dry w/o any alterations of sorts.

Petra path? There are more than one way to counter that. Needless to say that ninjutsu is not the only thing you can use or that one could combine chakra with non chakra object to have said objects still pass through.

If you would have followed more accurately you'd notice I also mentioned that "the Kamui rinnegan being null" when Bocc said he at least has that now was merely me messing with Bocc.

As for you bringing up what Tobi stated he will do, that's a fairly good point. However, I don't think it's something meant to control their every action but rather placing them under a constant illusion/dream. You are trying to use a Tsukuyomi while claiming it to have almost(if not exactly that) the same abilities as Shisui's technique(the name escapes me for the moment).

Well as stated, the optimal solution would be waiting for the ruling of Zenaku given that he seems to be one of the few you both agree upon being eligible.

It's true, some non GM are better viewed than 1-2/3 GMs by some.

I'm one of them, however, you along with a few would make the group that doesn't consider me anywhere near such. Bocc would value what I say but I trust that you would not as much.

My point was simply that if Zenaku's verdict will be considered ultimate then any form of argument between you, Bocc, and about anyone else is nigh-pointless.

As for the Tsukuyomi issue, it was stated that the level of it varies from user to user not it's actual ability, i.e. what it does. The variable being the time manipulation and the strength of the technique. Bottom line one can't just add the ability to control to something that does not do such. It's like claiming your suiton is weak against fire and strong against earth.

Well those are just my two cents.

Why are you guys even arguing if it was decided that Zenaku will judge the entire situation?

Well yeah, in essence it is really up to Rakudo, I think what we're discussing is weather he has the right to strip her not that she's back or not.

And yeah, we really need to add that the kage is the one to whom it is up to. Otherwise it's just like a magical out of nowhere clone/replacement in a zone. xP

I don't care how long the voting takes, just as long as it gets done within the allotted time stated.

As for the inactive Jinchūriki of the Sanbi, I vote we strip her of it, why?
She's been inactive for more then thrice the amount of time stated within the grace periods.
I mean sure she is getting quite active now but who is to say that this won't happen again? Who knows?
We might hear more complaints from users not being able to challenge for the Sanbi because that person either ignores challenges or Role-plays a zone fight with another person, completely disregarding their duties as Jinchūriki.

That would not be entirely true, she was coming one from time to time. I'm not even sure if 14 days ever passed w/o her coming online. :O But yeah, I see where you are coming from.

It's called Dunbar's Number, Rares. And, yes, it is 5-8. But, y'know, I keep getting shot down for the number of participants because Kay wants everyone that wants to participate to participate.

Amusingly enough, if I were to remove those I disapprove of we'd be exactly 8. xP
Well it seems that there are 3 of us with this view at the very least, however, I would suggest to work on the more urgent issue first. No one is saying that removing members one does not view as fit or something of the sort can't be yet another issue that will be voted on.

To my knowledge, the "free application" and voting time set by Kay has expired if I am not mistaken.
As such here is the result of our first official voting: Council members have 3 days to vote on an issue before the votes are counted and the outcome is implemented.

3 days - 5 votes

7 days - 2 votes

10 days - 0

14 days - 0

Unlimited - 0

Now please correct me if what I am about to say is wrong but I trust that  the most urgent issue at hand is Ranketsu keeping the Sanbi or not.

I vote for Ranketsu keeping it.

Reasoning: The kage bearing the right/obligation to strip the inactive jinchuriki in spite of their will and solve the inactive jinchuriki issue was never implemented among the rules. It was discussed but not implemented. And as such, I find it unreasonable to act upon a law that did not exist at that time(or now). With Ranketsu returning back to activity, her case is no longer an issue as she is no longer an inactive jinchuriki.

ºGrace Periodº
After any challenge (& loss) from a challenger, a week must be given to the host before challenging them to a rematch (the one week grace period is in subject to a single challenger & as such does not signify a host can ignore challenges from all others during the time period). In cases such as obtaining a Biju for oneself, a 2-week grace period is granted In order to “commune” with one’s Biju. If a host shows inactivity for long periods of time (two weeks or more) without prior notice, you can report their missing & conference of a suitable host will take place when possible.

The fact that the above does not state how the new jinchuriki will be elected is somewhat of an issue.

I'd like to see where anywhere it states that Kumo has a barrier that automatically launches lightning bolts at people. *Waits patiently*

Well that is what I was told by a Kumo nin, maybe he was mistaken or just plan making things up.

Have you not heard? Trolling Bocc is the new SL main sport, just beat acadball this year.

Well the lightning part would seems way overboard but meh. In the sense that I am sure that it has some feasible backup but too much is just that, too much. xD Still, if you know of it ic there are still ways to make it through.

Villages are like players:
Extremely hard to defeat? Exceptional.
Virtually impossible - god mode

They can be countered, each and everyone of them.

For instance, we have a version that blocks your use of chakra on the same principle the Konoha prisons do but on the whole village. However, it's annoyingly easy to negate(won't state the weakness, duh), can only last 2 hours, and has a 1 day cool down. :o A gater could still rape. xP

But yeah, as long as there is something one can do against it, it's quite alright.

I'd be willing to do an Edo Tensei attack on a village if they want to organize such a thing (except Konoha, they're all OP) the rather OP Edo Tensei zombies I have would be an excuse for the village to field more defenders and get more people involved. I have 4 zombies as of now and I think 8 defenders against them would be reasonable.

Try Kumo, see if they can beat their genin after entering the village. xD
