I am not able to go to the login screen at all, is this only happening to me.

same here... i cant even get to the home page. I was play and then all of a suden... poof it stoped.

I have been playing naruto-arena.com to pass the time till it comes back up.

only thing i could think would be a server crash... but sadly i have to go to bed soon so i cant find out with you.

Routing problems, it seems, I cannot connect either.

normally around that time maintenance takes places ... though, it gets a bit annoying. Try again after a few minutes, normally it straightens itself out.
