So lets say I donate $10. If I picked out the customized weapon and armor. Does it mean that I get the best weapon automactically such as a +15 weapon? I'm kind of confused about this. Thank you very much!

No.

Basically you just have a personal weapon that has a personal name. Nothing more in damage or anything.

You also "buy" new weapons that are changed to your personal weapon (yet the damage from the weapon you bought)
