Title: Character reinstatement

Hello, I was wondering if I could change the email associated with the character I'm trying to reopen (Sanosoke.)
I petitioned to have him reinstated, and he is back, but what I thought was the password was not right, and I was wrong about it being linked to my current email account. The email account it is linked to no longer exists. I've petitioned to have it changed, but I have not heard anything from anybody other than when my character was reinstated. Is this even possible or am I going to lose Sano again? :/
