You should have more villages like the village of sound or the village of mist or any other villages that in naruto.

hm, basically there is no problem =)
I can create the sound race with the city in it.
3 cities is good if there are not that much players online in order to get to talk to each other.
And there is Konoha too =)

The sound village would be a good add on to the game you should give the people the chance to beable to pick when the join is they want to be a sound ninja cause they are so coll with the sound attack.

yet still a few things:
a) what shops etc should be there ? I mean unique ones. I am trying to find good ones and needed some time for rice field country.
b) new ninjas?

I am also in favor of more villages... Ice weapons: an Icnai (Ice Kunai)... or the icikan (ice shurikan)... I think ya get the point... Or just name them the Ice Kunai and Ice Shurikan...

and for the rain you can have an umbralla shop because they are known for using umbrallas as weapons. and you could have a place to leave your current village and join the rain village because that is what it is known for. i don't know of much rain nin th

if you can not add that many villages why don't you just add the five great ninja villages. leaf, mist, sand, cloud, and rock. here is some info on them.

it would be cool to see sansho's curry of life shop somewhere even if it wasn't in the river country. maybe it could be like the fields you stumble apon in the forest. you could pay for the curry of life and it could have random effects.

I think their should be a star villiage so that we can travel there and pay to endure the star training which will boost your attack and defense for a fixed period, E.G: 10-20 rounds
