Village Square / Mokuton detonation

So, I know this was only in the Anime, but the Wood dragon technique was shown to be able to be detonated, and I have used other Mokuton techniques in this fashion as well as seen others do it, I was wondering if this was legit because it seems to be a grey area,

So the real question at hand is, Can Mokuton be detonated by the creator?

Is the chakra chain technique specific to the uzumaki, or is like a Hiden thing that can be taught to anyone with proper chakra control? I wanted to check before I started trying to learn to use them, I read about them and It doesn't say anything about having to have uzumaki blood to use them, but like I said, I wanted to check to make sure

Village Square / Simultaneous Rinnegan and Sharingan

I've got a technique related question.

Would it be possible for someone who has awakened their rinnegan, to use both the abilities of the rinnegan and sharingan simultaneously. I.e, Using the Shurado path to turn your arms into large cannons, and then (for what ever reason) retreating into your pocket dimension via Kamui.

Would that situation cause the effects of the rinnegan to be nullified?

I personally wouldn't think so, As the abilities of the Rinnegan do not literally come out of the eyes like the Sharingan, allowing you to activate the Shurado path (for the sake of the example) make your weaponized cannons, and then switched your eyes back to their Sharingan state, to track high speed movement. Would this be wrong?

Game Related Discussions / Inactive Rpers refusing techniques.

This is something that's happened to myself and others more than once and I just wanted to open up a discussion to see if anyone feels like I do about this.


The point of this post is to say that I think it's kind of annoying to be a completely inactive character,  and create and claim jutsu and then deny the same jutsu to other people.  And it seems like these people sometimes get online specifically to tell people who ask them to teach them techniques 'no.' I just don't think it's cool to be claiming a bunch of techniques and all of this and that, that no one else can ever use ever. and then not using them.  I mean it might just be me but I just wanted to see if anyone else feels the same way about this as I do. I don't think someone should be allowed to sit on a jutsu if their character is inactive to an outrageous degree. If someone were to invent a jutsu and then stop doing anything in life ever, it's not impossible for someone else to discover the jutsu in the same fashion that the original did.
