flirt with lee if you are a girl and ten-ten if you are a boy. that is how to raise charm, but somtimes it lowers it so start at the top and work your way down. b

Going to the Spa in Fire Country repeatedly will raise it. May take a few trips but it's cheap.

It depends..

Although it should decrease it.. Wrinkles all day long? A bit of a turn off if you ask me...
