Can the prices on that be the same as before? I doubt anyone would save up that mush and then sell it after. 100 gems is a real load. and then selling it for 5 gems gurts my gut.

Really here's what I'm suggesting.

I say the sell back prices should be back to the normal prices and instead, you should not be permitted to sell back a dwelling unless you're level 10+. By that time they should already have the highest weapon and ar

treehouse (buy) 2500 gold, 3 gems (sell) 1250 gold, 1 gem

cityhouse (buy) 50,000 gold, 100 gems (sell) 25,000, 50 gems

Isn't this how things are like in games?

Simple, just make it so that when things like houses are sold, the money goes into a temporary account in the bank which you can only transfer out bit by bit like withdrawing from the coffers.

I agree, selling at level 10+ would be the best option here. I wouldn't want to lose out on that many gems if I ever decided to sell my place. (which would be never so it doesn't really matter)
