OK, so what I want to know is: what rank do you need to be able to write books in the Fire Country's Library?

Eh if it's nto too obvious, chekc everyone that's ever written a book. Err not me though, it's not accurate. Take a few dks or so off theirs and guestimate. I myself don't know, but itf I had to guess.. maybe anbu? or hutner nin?
