You should have more ability to cause more mischeif then just dumpin stuff on people... like... poisining someone's drink or candy...

No. It's more than enough, if you start with poison, there is no limit ;)

What about occasionally hitting someone with a chocolate that had a peanut in it? Actually make it hurt. Make it a rare event.

it is deliberate that you can't do such things.
