The stuff that I listed does not dictates how a summoned Bijuu must act. There are no contradiction, as #3 is just stating that, even with the bond between you (summoner) and the Bijuu maxed out, it will only carry out commands. It does not have the initiative to protect you or fight for you. Showing signs of weakness will damage that bond and make the Bijuu less willing to listen to you.

As for building respect through the show of strength, I guess you could do it through one of these several method;
1) Defeat the Bijuu in a battle (includes sparring with your Bijuu). If you obtained the Bijuu through a IC challenge, you start off with the Bijuu already having a certain degree of respect for your strength.
2) As suggested by Eric, Pokemon battles. Show how capable you are as a commander during a Bijuu VS Bijuu fight.
3) Defeating a Jinchuuuriki with the Bijuu.

This all sounds good to me. Just like Kurama in the show, he didn't acknowledge Naruto as much until being defeated when his chakra was taken and later accepted him during the fight with Obito. If Kurama didn't want to help Naruto, he would have just let him die, but there was conviction that Kurama did what he did.

More or less, the concept here is a good idea on how bonds can be formed and how it will listen and what not....

I see. So to max EMS you will need 48 successful training sessions after the transplant. Definitely easier said than done. It seems the event is on rotation because I cannot seem encounter it right now.

48 would put you to level 5, but there is none. 12*3 = 36(This does not include the initial EMS you gain from Baluski).

More or less, it is painful.

For the record, I'm more concerned on updating the wikia than of this ratio you guys have on the council. I merely asked about it because Eric mentioned he might have to give up his beast, so I'm keeping myself updated so as to reflect it the wikia. If this is not the case, then there's no need to change anything on there.

Quote
Suspend the ratio clause as we need people to actually participate in the council. Only reinstate it when more interest and more bijū owners show interest.
I second this one.

I agree with suspending the ratio as well as it will serve no big purpose with the higher majority being non-jinchuriki still.

Is EMS jutsu damage based on progress, DK's, resets or a mixture? From what I understand each new level brings more techniques. I assume it takes numerous success to progress EMS because I have multiple successful training sessions but still have yet to reach lv 2.

You need to have 12 successful trainings in order to advance EMS to the next level. Reason why you still haven't achieved Level 2 is because you have failed spars.

I only really offered to get you to 7. If you've got enough without me, don't worry about voting.

That is similar to what Saburamu said, so between the two of you, availability vs interest, which of you two are more available for the task? Not that I think it will be particularly arduous, but it's when the going is easy and we get complacent that something crazy random pops up.
I'm super available, but less super interested. I would do it help, but...
What if you give it to Sabu, and simply put me as a stand-in? That way, in the event of need, if one of the council can't be reached, you've got a back up.

I second this motion.

Good idea there

I volunteer as tribute.
Seriously if you need a seventh, then I suppose the most reliable man around should do it.

But really seriously like why can't you just have 6? <_<

But extremely seriously have you ever heard the tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise?

The biju rules state that there will be 7 members on the Council. To change that would only require a member vote on the proposal, which is not really all that hard. In the grand scheme of things though, changing around the # of seats whenever we are short seems like a bad idea, so I only wanted to do that if necessary. Was definitely getting to that point.

I have heard of the tragedy of Plageius. He with the power to save others from death. But not himself.

Too bad he got killed by his apprentice. Derp.

This council will now be called the Jedi Council.
All in favor of putting me in charge, say aye.

I'll be part of the Jedi Council

Pretty sure it should say the mount name with the title we gave it, yet my Kurama doesn't show when I go to stable.

Last night when I renamed Kokuoo. I stabled them to get Pakkun out and noticed it had the name I gave it. I then cleared the name by using a space " " and now it just says "Stable your " as an option.

My Son Goku is named as itself so it says "Stable your Son Goku" but pulling it out names it "Son Goku the Son Goku".

Yea I think this needs a fix since the mount should be stabled, not the custom mount name instead.

1200 kills? In a sense you have 1364 total Oro kills right now...

Kinda late on this because I completed it last week lol.

Good way to start because even if you were to try village events, you gotta keep going back and forth and it wastes time. I'll have to get with the person I was talking to on this and see how we can better the idea first.

This wasn't my idea to begin with, but it is a good idea because as the original thinker behind this idea said, it technically story related.

The idea to commit seppuku when you want to take the easier way out instead of having to use your PvP, or have to go through the forest and waste time on turns just so you can die or you end up running out of turns and still live through everything. This would be on anyone's part to use when they feel like they just can't die for some reason.

There is already a suicide method that doesn't involve PvP or wasting any of your turns. You heard of plundering, right?  You can assign a guard for those coffers in all of the dwellings, waste a plunder on that specific dwelling that has that guard and if that guard is strong enough, you'll die. (You can make it easy to die by nerfing yourself by however possible: such as storing your mount, lowering your HP enough where any high-damage riposte kills you and etc.)

Only problem with the above method is that it messes with your alignment, so if you're a good alignment, be prepared to become evil. Not too mention that the guard you assign to protect those coffers will lose a bulk of their turns.

So say as someone like myself on Akihiro being too high in kills can't even die and you tried to use a sitter with high enough attack/defense? The buffs and stuff I have are usable even in plundering, meaning I could have a higher chance of survival.
