I was wondering what kind of status symbol a cityhouse is so I made a topic :twisted:. Personally I think that it's a hard to get thing and that it will be a very long time before I have one what do you guys think?

I CAN'T get cityhouses yet :( But I'd like to get one whenever I can. You can get a cityhouse at Chuunin level, right?

You make chuunin at 4 DK but you need 5 DK to build a cityhouse.

Gyururu & Haruhi both have a cityhouse & Reina has enough gems to make two cityhouses.
Gyururu made his at 8DK after saving enough gems & Haruhi made hers after having enough DK to make one.

Would it be possible for you to tell me how many gems I'm supposed to aim for? Or at least hide it in a difficult math equation? Something 8th Grade lvl plzzz

I own 28 treehouses though....They all make up for my lack of cityhouses plus I can keep people in seperate houses.. :D

I have two city houses - I had to give up my original tree house though in order to get the 2nd one.... I guess the limit now is only two dwellings, unless it is contingent on your ranking...

well it depends if you can have a lot of tree houses because they are cheap and no good, the city houses are like a medium and you can have about 2-3 i think...and the castles are HIGH and i think you can only have one :P...but i am not going to even try to buidl another one

HAHAHAHA The dwelling limiter allows one owned house per country....no matter the difference between cityhouse or treehouse...
And I've managed 28 treehouses....I know very well how to get around the dwelling limiter... :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:
Currently the limiter is a total of 5 treehouses...1 for each country...after that you are considered a dwelling addict, and unable to build any more dwellings...
This also includes cityhouses as far as I know...the limit might increase as you get more oro kills...

I give out keys to deserving Academy Students and Genins and let them stay there scot-free... ;)

Yeah, well, it's still a little safer than just sleeping out in the fields...for example, quite a while ago, the server glitched a little from having way too many people on it and I was forced to just stay in the fields...that was the night I got attacked five times and lost. The next day, I slept in my treehouse. Never got attacked.
It helps...but then again, my treehouses are in Water and Rice Field country. They aren't very popular areas :P

Rice Field is yeah not so popular. I should try that actually making one in rice field.

I've decided to postpone my castle and just go build 2 more cityhouses...
My current cityhouse is now completely full and well..I have more deserving players who need cityhouse keys...
So I'll be building 2 new cityhouses in Water and Fire again.. :cool: :cool:
And I'll see what happens from there on...Hopefully though I can get some more gems to complete my castle at a later date..>.<

Ah ok. Can I move over to a more less occupied cityhouse then? I would like the Water Country more anyway
Btw I still have 4 DK's left cause you gave me a key at 6. I have 7 atm

Only 5 more Gems to go...yeah! All the patience and installments are finally paying off, woulda been nice if I could've just paid it in full when I started building it.

Lucky! I am 30% done and I am jounin soon :(.
I was thinking it would be only 50 gems but I was WAAAAY off.
See my brother has near 50 gems and he is only 3 Dk's he's really good at saving them :/.
If only we could somehow trade them :(. Then again that could seriously alter the game with high level people handing gems to AS and genin or chunnin so they could get alot of health and charm and good mounts things like that :(.
I suppose Neji did this for a reason then.
Anyway I'm looking forward to a cityhouse :D

Gyururu is an 8 DK jounin, doesn't advance more than that. My Suzumiya Haruhi is a Kage now.

i know have 2 cityhouses and a tree house :P. i bought a city house for full price and the second one for 2400 gold and 5 gems. pretty sweet huh ^^

I am close to finishing my cityhouse finaly (40ish gems and 5k gold), took me something like 3 oro kills though, might take more, if gems are coming at the current rate.

Since Gems come to us at a much slower rate then before I've simply been saving them. I have 144 Gems right now, but I haven't spent many Gems since my 3rd DK. I have 6 Dks now :D
I may get a cityhouse of my own soon though :)

how i got my cityhouse was a really good history. jeff put it for sale.i bought it for 5 gems and 2500 gold i think, nothing much, i kicked him :P (srry) and it had 10000 gold n the coffers :cool: . im very close to finish my castle :D just payed all the gems

I have 1 cityhouse. It's very usefull, either to sleep or keep money(only while killing oro)

I need WAY MORE gems to get a castle and WAY more gold too. The thing is, getting gems with the prize kyuubi is harder, because you level up and DK up like crazy. I can get a 3 day kill now :(.
Because of this, I get a max of 7-10 gems per DK. This leaves me with little gems at a high DK amount, which is bad because I need alot of perm health, which I don't have too much of....hehe....

i think in total ive used almost 500 gems or more. i got around 80 now

Heh, I finished paying off my cityhouse =D Now I need to build it. =/ I had 13 gems after finishing it (got lucky in random events for a few days), but then I went and blew them all on permanent health, so now I only have one or two...>___________>

was that for me ichabod? i say the same stuff to every people i attack...if i see u i attack if i dont i wont...ill just stop attacking u when i got more DKs and it says that your too young to attack :twisted: it hapends with lots of people

i think buying my cityhouse was the best thing ive ever done. it helps a lot. but i bought it really cheap :P 5 gems only :shock:

I'm not gonna even think of getting a castle anytime soon. I mean the cold I can manage in 8-9 game days at a lvl 15 rate, but the gems will take even longer. Once kyuubi is done (28 ish days left) it will be hard for me :(.

There is no point in depositing gems, unless you truly feel fine with giving gems to your gem hungry peers XD
Yeah, I believe the castle's true reason is to be a high level clan dwelling, where the leaders can discuss clan related matters with higher ranked officers, or just to have some fun. Roleplaying really makes it good to have a castle.

Im almost done on my cityhouse, 30 gems to go. Iv seen treeshouses cheap, like 130 gold no gems, but Iv never seen cityhouses goin cheap

cityhouses do go cheap and have been as low as 5 gems, the reason that you don't see them that cheap is because around 500 different people log in daily and only one of them is gonna be lucky enough to see that one cityhouse for 5 gems and buy it. i almost had the chance but the minute i clicked buy someone else had bought it like seconds before
