Shops or other instances / Spider Ninjutsu

I had a few ideas on new ninjutsus we could implement and heres what I came up with.
`)Spider Ninjutsu (Available for Anbu and up)
Level 1:Kumo Shibari (Spider Bind)-`&You shoot a web of sticky spider web at your enemy. The web makes the enemy unable to move well! Your targets defense is decreased by 10% for the next 5 rounds.
`)Level 3:Kumo Nenkin (`6Golden `)Arrow)-`&You shoot a long `6golden `&arrow from your mouth at your enemy. Your enemy would take around 75 damage.
`)Level 5:Kumo Nento (Spider Sticking Spits)-`&You begin shooting webs from your mouth at the enemy. The web hits your opponent 3 times for 5 rounds dealing 25 damage per hit.
`)Level 10:Kumo Mayu (Spider Cocoon)-`&You wrap yourself in a layer of protective spider silk allowing you to heal for a small amount of damage each turn. You would heal yourself for 15-20 damage per round for 7 rounds. Using this skill would decrease your attack by 5% until the skill is over.
`)Level 15:Kumo Senkyu Susaku (Spider War Bow:Terrible Split)-`&Using your chakra you form a large bow and shoot a large `6golden `&arrow at your enemy. Your enemy would take 400-475 damage.
`)Hidden Jutsus:
Level 11:Kyoudaigmo Kyousei Kumo Raishuu (Kyoudaigmo:Great Spider Attack)-`&You use your Kyoudaigmo to release a massive spider attack on your enemy. Small spiders would hit your target 3 times a round for 120 damage for 11 rounds.
Also, upon activating your `)C`~u`)r`~s`)e Seal Level 2 the damage for `)Kumo Senkyu Susaku `&would be doubled.
Having the level 11 Kyoudaigmo Jutsu also might encourage more people to buy that mount because I know not many people buy it. 

`~Weapon Ninjutsu (I know its already been discussed and that it might interfere with the inventory.) Available for Jounin and up.
Level 1:Shuriken Throw-`&You pull a few shuriken from your ninja pouch and throw them at your enemy doing 10-25 damage 3 times for 1 round.
`~Level 3:Giant Shuriken Throw-`&You pull a rather large shuriken out of your ninja pouch and throw it at your enemy doing 75 damage.
`~Level 5:Scroll of Weapons-`&You pull a scroll from your ninja piouch unfolding it and touching the different symbols on  it throwing a different weapon each time. This would do 75 damage a round for 4 rounds.
`~Level 10:Shuriken Replication-`&You pull  a few shuriken from your ninja pouch throwing them at your enemy. After doing handsigns the shuriken would multiply hitting your enemy from all sides. This attack would do 225 damage.
`~Level 15:Twin-Rising Dragons-`&You pull two scrolls from your ninja pouch opening both of them and touching the different symbols on it throwing a different weapon each time. This attack would do 300 damage for 3 rounds.
`~Hidden Jutsus:
Level 11:Sprinkling Rain Needles-`&(This jutsu would require an umbrella which could be found in the forest by killing an enemy or from the ninja merchant.) You throw your umbrella into the air doing a handsign as the umbrella begins spinning and spewing needles in every direction. This attack would do 110 damage for 8 rounds.

Feature Requests / Kekkei Genkai...I may have a solution!

Ok to prevent spoilers I will not give anything away here. As we all know Kakashi got his Sharingan by surgery. Well....I was thinking we all know that doctors office in the special place right? I mean does anyone really use it? Truthfully? Well why not turn it into a center for Kekkei Genkai Transfers you could have DNA transplants to get the Hyouton Bloodline/Kimimaro's Bloodline/Aburame Bloodline. Then you could have eye surgery's for the Sharingan/Byakugan. This would of course only be a higher ranking player option since its in the special place. It would cost 100,000 gold and 500 gems to get one or maybe different prices since some kekkei genkais are more desireable than others. I like this idea alot and i dont think anyone has suggested it, but if you dont like it (Gyururu ) then please shoot it down nicely. Of course surgery is permanent as well so you wouldnt have to worry about being born without your kekkei genkai!

Events / Ninja Academy

                                                                              Something Special!
You are walking through the forest when suddenly a small kid runs past you! He bumps into you knocking you and himself to the ground. He gets up and without even saying excuse me runs off into the forest! You get up dusting yourself off and you...

A. Ignore the kid and return to the forest
B. Follow the kid

If A. Return to the forest

If B. You jog off into the woods in search of the kid
-10% chance: You see no trace of the kid and walk back to the forest and lose 1 forest fight
-90% chance: You come upon a small clearing and a building with a sign reading "Ninja Academy for the Young and Gifted"

A. Return to the Forest-Lose 1 Forest Fight
B. Approach the Master

If B. You approach the Master
-20% chance: The Master takes one look at you and scofs "Get out of here you scum you aren't deserving of my teachings!" you leave and return to the forest embarrassed and you get a Non-Buff "Embarrassment" and lowers your attack for 20 rounds.
-75% chance: The Master takes one look at you and says "My my you look like a talented one! I offer you my services for 1000 gold and 2 gems!" you pay and gain 1 chakra point...if you refuse or don't pay you return to the forest your time wasted
-5% Chance: The Master takes a long hard look at you and before you know it he draws a kunai lunging at you! you have no choice but to fight!
Master's Hp-200
Attack20
Defense-20
The master has a buff that allows him to execute a strong fire based jutsu that hits you for say 30-40 damage a round
If you win:he falls to the ground defeated heavily breathing he smiles and offers his teachings free of charge! you gain 1 chakra point!
If you lose:you fall to the ground your vision dimming the last thing you see is the master smiling you lose 10% exp and all gold

i know it needs work ill keep thinking on how to improve it

Neji,

I'm finally starting to peice together some of the parts of rasengan! I think, that is if you have been going by the series if not then I could be completley off. I have been studying rasengan and I think i'm finally starting to get it. By no means am I close though I don't even know where to begin!
