Title: Chambered or Unchambered Council Structure [vote]

"Eric, we need more discussion on this before we vote!"

Well, based on the discussion thread for Council structure round 2, I don't think people really want to discuss it, at least not in bulk. This vote is simply whether or not we want to have a chambered structure or not. A chambered structure, until further discussion/notice, would be divided as Topic 6 of this thread, http://forum.shinobilegends.com/index.php/topic,9117.0.html , dictates, with a Primary, Secondary, and Community set of chambers, with elected members going to the Primary and purely volunteers being in the Secondary.

Alternatively, the Council structure remains unchambered as it is now, and effectively speaking only the Primary Chamber exists.

2) Unchambered System: 6

This vote will go from 11/22/2016 ~ 11/29/2016.
