It would give a boost to Atk and Def mabey a +1 or 2
The items nessersery would be: 1x lightning crystal. 1x energy transmiter. 2x power cells
(sorry about the bad spelling)

I hope you've realized that items forged via Anko's shop in Kirigakure are consumables only. If the Second Hokage' sword could be forged more than once, and with great ease (please do not try to bring in a statement like "What if the components were difficult to find", for it is self-explanatory), then it wouldn't exactly be unique, now would it?

Pills are expendable, unique swords forged by a powerful shinboi are quite definately not.

Easy: Don't enquire for this weapon to become obtainable in SL at all. :roll:

It might as well be called the Zappy-Zappy sword or Raiton no Tsugiri; some name that would suite the temporary sword, though not connect it with Tobirama Senju's blade, a total of one existing.
And for Chouji's soldier pills, they're also used by members of the Amakichi Clan, so they're not exactly unique to one character, now are they?

No but the sword is unique to clan you know. The surutobi clan. The rivals of the Uchia(can't spell).
But if it makes you happy Zappy-Zappy sword if fine by me.

The Sarutobi-heritage is not connected in away way with the Senju. Note that the Second Hokage was of the Senju clan, whilst the following Kage's would be from other bloodlines, other than Tsunade, who's uncle was indeed the Second Hokage.
This weapon has nothing to do with SL anyway, and if you want a sword where you'd be granted buffs in attack, then have Shinigami bless your weapon. This' the only perm-weapon (merely a buff for ff's) in SL with a special skill.
