Title: 2 Questions about marriage

Ok, so I read the FAQ about Marriage. But there were 2 things I didn't see on there that I wanna clear up real quick.

1) It says buy a ring from Tanat for 1500 gold... where is Tanat?

2) Do you have to have a ring to propose and/or get married?   Or can you do it all without one?

1. marriage chapel -> konoha gardens

2. yes, you have to have.
