i have an idea of an alternate for the seven star tatoo check this
event
something special
while you walk through the forest looking for prey you see a red light you follow the red light to its source and you fing the kyuubi! He sees you and says: are you afraid?
you either
run and forget anything happened
orwalk towards kyuubi
possibilities
he gives you a portion of his chakra because your bravery has humoured him 20% chance
or he crushes you with his power and calls you a fool (you die and lose all gold in hand) 80% im currently writing ideas for effects of kyuubi chakra

thats apossibility thats why its 80% chance of failure buts of the kyuubis manevolence and hatred but to bee 10% chance of failure that just seems a little harsh

i knew there was a very high chance of saying no but i just wanted to see what everybody though its only an idea so i wont be upset if it is turned down flat thats not a problem

that is ... a bit too easy. Don't you think?
Also, what does giving his chakra mean? you now have a permanent kyuubi power cell inside you? :P
If you do a plain 80% die chance, most will simply skip this event after the first tries. There is no subsequent follow-up and there is no vast range of outcomes :(

this is all very true but what i didnt mention was how many dks you needed to have in order to obtain the event in question and if most people skipped the event because of high probablility of failure woudlnt lowering the probablilty of failure make it slightly easy beacuse you would have less chance of not getting it and more chance of getting it and what i meant by chakra was like a buff called kyuubi chakra(its permanent) it increases attack and defense and doubles chakra but only has a certain amount of rounds and as for for follow ups i was thinking about writing a script for tailed transformation

It took me 23 tries to get the first cursed seal and it's taken other people more than that. WE ARE DETERMINED! We don't give up so easily 8)

I mean, if people *know* they can gain something permanent that helps them greatly there... they'd die a hundred times =)

cs is 90% chance of dying, and that's pretty bad already...1/10 chance of succeeding
1/100 chance of succeeding nobody would go for it XD
1/5 chance of succeeding is way too easy for anything permanent, unless it was like +1-2 permanent hp :P

1/100 change of succeeding to get the Kyuubi. Pretty much everyone who knows how to use the Kyuubi would risk it. You could get a lot of DK's to make up for the lost time.
This idea reaks of non-donating-cheat-cheating. >.>

hmmm..... well if youre talking about peple who know how to use it you might as well make it a high rank such as Hokage or maybe Master Hokages since its easier to use kyuubi to full extent at those ranks and Grand

it does reak of non-donating-cheat-cheating but there are people who can't donate that see people who do donate as cheaters. I would not have as many dk's as i have if i haden't donated for kyuubi so much so in this way i am kind of a cheater

I don't see the point in locking threads that people are active on. Plus, Neji said permanent was a no go with 80% failure rate. I would think that this event in and of itself would be likely to occur since in general kyuubi is mount. This should be like the hero's water but shortens your Forest Fights and PvP the longer you go between DK's. Even after that the water's effect should only last until a DK.
On another note, as others know there are other ways to increase chakra, it is just a not a necessary item. IMHO
