Why Not (It May sound dumb but Hey give it a try)
Use a hidden forbidden jutsu scroll Event.. The Lower Orokills And Lvl The Harder it is...
In the scroll you can pay and use turns to learn jutsus like Kage bunshin no jutsu or other jutsus..
When you learnd it you can have it under a Ninjutsus: xD
Find it in the Forest..

but the idea needs a lot of work on it.

Well, you can make it simpler.
You see a group of ANBU (green or grey depends on your alignment) rushing through the forest.
=> Follow them from behind.
=> Pretend not to have seen them (You pretended that you didn't notice them as you heads towards the opposite direction of where they were heading).
=> Follow them from behind
One of them appears to be carrying a huge scroll on his back. While you were observing the group, one of them notices you and in a blink of an eye, you were surrounded by the ANBU.
=> Fight (You will have to fight the ANBU).
=> Run away (You create a diversion and escape the confrontation. You lost 1 forest fight fleeing from the ANBU).
Fight (win)
You take the scroll from the dead ANBU member who was carrying it and studies its content. It appears to be a technique scroll on <a random specialty>. You gain one level on <that specialty>.
Fight (lost)
You lost all gold in hand and <a certain amount of items> items were destroyed during the fight. but you are glad to have survive that confrontation.

i like gyururu's idea, but i think Sanddemon meant something different

I know he meant something different. We could, if Neji wants, to make a list of "special ninjutsu" that you can only learn from secret scrolls. Might be interesting...

Well its pretty cool. and i came up with another thing to.. Like baa-sans curry.. You van use special mouths to get there :P

i like gyu's version with the anbu...
the only thing that confuses me is which ANBU will you follow?
Evil people follow green and Good follow grey?
and do neutral get either one?

Im Just in for the scroll thinge.. But neji is going to make it soo Hard to get one of the spec ninjutsu if he wants it in the game :P...

Why not make this a reward/challenge for the high level (not DK's) for staying at the same DK for a while? And it has to be a forest event in which you attack the 3rd and after you beat him have 1/1000 chance of winning training from him and learn a new jutsu.

If we get this I hope the anbu will be godly hard, the normal anbu that you fight in the forest are wussies :roll:

I wouldn't promote Staying at level 15. Instead, I will make you wanna get more DKs.

Yeah, I noticed the part of you KILLING ME. Maybe I shouldn't have said anything, oh well it doesn't bother me.
