Ok, I lost my password, I did the option Forget Password but i also forgot on which address mail I register myself to the game. So any admin can help me plz ??

No one can.
If you have no clue what email, search your old mails.
If still nothing, search through all the spam folders.
If then not -> we can't do a thing.

Can't you search in the data base on which mail address the account is, this will facilitate my task and I will be able to check in the mail box of this mail address.

Sandra, I'm just trying to getting back my account so as I can play, and where did you find thw word "no". I just passed through 1300 messages in my hotmail box and did not find anything, not even in the spam box, I have still to look through 730 messages in my yahoo box, so please don't make my task even more difficult by saying I can't understand or what ever !!
For Neji, ip is one solution for Mauritius ( MU ) has only one kind of ip.. so from this you can see that I'm really the owner of the account. Right now you got my ip from the forum, just compare it to the one used in the account " JinKazama " in the game.

We don't need to argue that Sandra was just rude.
Even from the same IP range - you could just be the neighbor wanting his account :-/ I cannot make anything sure.
Granting exceptions would be bad.
The ending should be OK.

I understand about the policy, so all the time I have lost in the game had been for nothing.
So if 100 persons lose their password and email, so sorry for them, they can't get it back.
Also for the forget password option, it could have been nice to also have the option to enter our email address to get back our password, this way we could know if the email address is the right one or wrong one.

revise the way how Mrs. Palin got her two mail accounts hacked - it was through "Security Questions" ...
I am against that - if you don't even know the address anymore, what should we do?
I gave you a pretty decent hint by the way, so please THINK about it. If you don't know the mail, you're not the holder =)
Also for the forget password option, it could have been nice to also have the option to enter our email address to get back our password
So, anybody who knows MY email address can just put it in, get a password and login.

He's not saying you're not JinKazama. He's saying, you need your own email to get on your own account.

Not really he said hes jinkazama ingame and wanst his password back witch infact im JinKazama in. But ok.
