The minimum requirements for the Hyouton Specialty is 8 DKs.
Yet, you need 10 DKs in order to use it.
Should the minimum requirements be increased to 10?
I just now noticed and wondered if it was intentional or not.
Information gained from ShinobiLegends.com and wiki.shinobilegends.com (http://wiki.shinobilegends.com/index.php/Hyouton_Ninjutsu)

It's probably just left over from the days when all you needed was Dragon Kills to unlock specialities.
-
Makes sense, thank you.
-
No worries, I think the DK limit will still be enforce, but it doesn't matter, and not sure how often the Wiki gets updated regarding things like that.
-
If all things work out, Hyouton will be a KG pretty soon.
Iceslayer finished the work a few weeks ago and it's now on our testserver for staff review.
-
Wait a second, will Hyouton still be a speciality as well? It should be shouldn't?
-
in a KG manner, yes.
-
So, to sum this up
He was talking about the Wiki saying 8dks is needed (which it says at least 8dks, and 2str/2int/6con. This is correct. You need 10dks to fill those requirements, and 10>8 I believe)
The Hyouton KG to be will be separate as the Haku style Ice release, and will contain different skills altogether?
-
It will be a KG, meaning it will be (as far as I know nobody displayed ice-based justsu other than haku in the series on that level) removed as a specialty-for-all.
-
Well there were the characters who used it in the movie, which was the source for many of the Jutsus was it not?
-
That is a good point, but I feel Hyouton is too thin to not include Tsubame Fubuki and company. If it really parallels Mokuton, then it'd have 4 resets just for Crystal Ice Mirrors?
That being said, I have no idea what Mokuton looks like or how Hyouton is being programmed. >_>

"Hopefully, the Hyouton KG will fall under the category of speed; it'd only make sense."
