From an IC pov, I unfortunately don't see how would this make much if any sense at all, unless it was limited to just making a shinier version of the list of publicly wanted individuals or something. A fancy bounty list so to speak.

Basically, I think the way this would work is that it would just be a list of public bad guys that anyone could access. For example, I have no idea that there already is publicly wanted people RP-wise. To me, it sounds like it would be an electronic list of wanted posters with a little description about who they are and why they're wanted.
And I understand about the whole hiding of the missing nins because they're shameful, but we don't have to exactly follow the Naruto canon. We already don't.

My question is whether or not this bingo book thing would be an actual device that can be accessed and actually be purchased from a shop like the weapon shop or the apple-bobbing place. Or will it strictly be all RP? If the latter, where would the information be posted? And for both examples, who would have access to modify it? For example, if Hunter Nin Nin has a bounty out on his head, what's to stop him from going in and modifying this information himself to completely falsify info or even remove himself entirely?
On a side note, if this is all RP, I could produce and distribute these devices RP-wise. Becquerel is already an inventor and scientist and has been collecting information about ninja. Would not be hard for him to mass-produce something like this.

If they were to do that, then to be fair they'd have to make others for the other villages too. That means they'd have to also add more content just to make sure it's not a ghost town. I think leaving it as clan halls/zones would be a fair idea.

I don't think there's such a thing as a dragon sage. I think it was more of him saying that he's much stronger than any snake sage and has 'ascended to the next level'. Kind of like going from super saiyan to super saiyan 2.

I despise Danzo because there seriously is nothing to like about the geezer, not one bit. For some reason though, black zetsu was significantly worse, but can't hate him.

I think Danzo was actually supposed to be a good guy, but just came off as a bad guy because his rules and beliefs were so harsh. He would do anything necessary for the 'greater good'.

Like the sister thread I made, this time just post your favorite good guy in the series and post a little bit why.

I'll start by saying my favorite good guy is Shino. Even though he never really had any major roles in the series, he was still my favorite. He had really interesting abilites and was basically a mix of Gaara and Shikimaru who used bugs. Unfortunately, he never really had a chance to shine outside of filler. Even in the final chapter, we see that he just ends up being a teacher for the academy students. Despite all this, he and his clan still remain my favorites.

Just a fun little topic to see who likes which villains and why. I'll make a sister topic to go with this about the good guys too.

I'll start with saying my favorite bad guy is Kakuzu. The reason why was because of his extremly unique abilities. The whole taking the hearts of others in order to have a larger access to abilities was really cool. The whole tendril aspect of him was also pretty neat and made him seem like a real monster. Not only that, he seemed to not really be an evil guy, he was just in the business for the money. I wasn't too happy with how he was taken out considering he was 91 years old and probably had an extremely large amount of experience, but the manga is called Naruto and he served as a way to show off the rasenshuriken.

I'd just like to point out that making all the fights OOC would only help somewhat, and it would be a tradeoff. Sure maybe people won't be so stiff if they can't die. However it is also a downside for the host then because you can NEVER EVER EVER be done with someone. You must fight them as many times as they want to fight you, ad nauseam. That's why I like the fights to be IC because, though they may complain more, if I seal you away it still turns out better for me in the long run. I'd rather take a little rougher complaining for a short burst then mild complaining until the end of time.

Why not make it if someone loses against a jinc, then you can never fight that jinc again? You can still go for any other the other ones, but just not that specific one when it's held by that person. You'll have to wait until someone else gets it to try again for that particular bijuu.

Okay, so I've made a page and made an infobox. But I have no idea how to further edit the info box once it's done. And not exactly sure how to format all that empty space on the left away because when I go to edit the page, I just have this.


So now what? Just type it up like a word document and the formatting will automatically happen?

At one point, I got the point where I got to that infobox thing, but I was pretty lost when I got there. Just gave me a whole bunch of boxes with info that I was able to enter and I had no idea how to insert images either.
