If you're saying I can't deny a sword challenge(which you have no say over anyway) then you can't deny anyone a challenge for jutsu. What's the difference after all? Might as well throw in that everyone can challenge for Kage positions and Summon contract holders, and even ruler of the free world.

If you want a SSM sword, join SSM and maybe I'll give you one. The End.

Not sure why Rakudo has possession of the Hiramekarei. Last I recall, Osho-Kiba had it.

Tetsujin left Hachibi and Hiramekarei to Jinzo(Osho-Kiba), then he left both of those to Zenaku, then I traded Sanbi for Hiramekarei.

Now onto the subject at hand; this matter has been discussed before and the conclusion was that canon items are not like bijuu thus with every right a challenge can be denied. Mainly because the SSM swords are just that, swords that belong to the SSM; the only real way to obtain one would be through a trade or IC death.

In reference to Totsuka blade, if you remember correctly Orochimaru was searching for it and never found it. How would he have used it without Susanoo anyway?

You know at the end of this discussion I'm probably just going to keep my claim over having a "pirated" Rinnegan; simply because I have the resets and in my bio it states that I stole it from someone claiming to be a descendant of Rikudou Sennin. I'm somewhat content with the fact that I'm going to lose all my paths that I'm working oh so hard for, but if I get to keep basic ability that will suffice.

As a side note, I'm going to state that I doubt we as a collective body will be able to come up with rules for Rinnegan that everyone will be okay with simply because it was implemented in SL far before we knew you needed Sharingan and Senju DNA. It would be unfair to take away player's Rinnegans simply because they chose the "wrong" Doujutsu almost what 3 or 4 years ago? Likewise, through underhanded methods I'm sure atleast 40% of the "old" Rinnegan users will get it back eventually.

What counts as "another" sage art? Because there is only Rinnegan and Sage Mode, unless you want to say that sage arts can be substituted with Kekkei Tota, but that would mean waaaaaaaaay too many users would appear. But in terms of power they are about equal.

I question what is needed for implants/pirated-KG. For one to say another has to have obtained EMS to UNLOCK Rinnegan I can understand, but in the example of with Nagato he has Senju blood in him, and received a straight Rinnegan transplant and took on none of the Sharingan features.

I'd be fine with a ruling along the lines of only detection barriers can be put up unless there is a attack or something along those lines. Strictly speaking Konoha had to know that eventually Akatsuki would attack the village to get to Naruto so why not put up a barrier permanently?

Just curious though i don't expect a solid answer. What's the actual formula/calculation for the doujutsu debuffs? I've heard that Sharingan is better than Rinnegan and Byakugan, but no comparison for Rinnegan and Byakugan.

What I learned:
1. Kurenai looks the same
2. Gai was in a team with Ebisu and Genma
3. Asuma was unrecognizable
