Title: Clan option

<Clan Option>-coffers

bank- for all the clan members to put there money in just like in a city house but this time for clans
additional option coffer safety guard

-beds- for people that cant afford houses and since its a clan hall it could be like a shelter for ppl that dont have any
-2-4 beds

a) the leaders should build houses and let people in
b) sure, give them even more money... no, use the house coffers for them.

I agree just designate a dwelling(s) for clan members - this is what I do....
(hint to Neji-raise the dwelling limit!)
