i was timed out of my session. my character name is mangekyonight and whenever i try and petition it says i have an incorrect captcha code which isnt much of a surprise to me since i cant read the code

use a different template.

also, if you time out normally, you can log in normally?

no it goes to the page that says i have badnav

So, are you actually able to log in?
If you are able to log in, but it says badnav once you are logged in, try petitioning it in saying I have a badnav.

I see that you're trying to do so but you are having a problem reading the code. I'm not sure as to what to do about that.

Since the problem is known I guess a staff member can just fix your navs.

i can log in but it jus says my navigation is broken and as for the captcha code i tried changing the template but all i get is black smudges. i still cant log in and this is starting to get pretty annoying. id rather not have to  start back up all over again even if i was a fairly new player.

Petition out of game with your character's name.
