Title: Transfer of Hands: Reibi to Iburi Ray

I've only told a select few but now I'll say it here as well:

Come March, I will be greatly diminished in my ability to RP and/or even post. I *might* be able to log-in and read new Council posts but other than that, I will be busy. I don't want to get into any details as it's really none of anyone's concern but my own, but this brief hiatus will be because of work.

As such, I will not be able to fulfill the required activity clause in being a Jinchūriki so I have decided to give the Reibi to Iburi Ray.

I am also accepting the Reibi and therefore understand all the bijuu rules and other stuff. I will be posting my preferences in the thread appropriate.
