Well the only things he can do is:
-Leave it the way it is.
-Yell at all the mods and try and get them to do their jobs.
-Or just replace them.

Well, just expanding on that recommendation.

Perhaps Neji should create another p.o.i on the MoTD, enquiring for the more "competent" players to apply for positions, should they be considerably active, and are absolutely sure they know the purpose of their role(s).

Durring the training you have chance of using too much chakra and dieing.
WHEN you complete it there will be the other types of chidori to use after getting the right amount of DKs.
Chidori Senbon. Chidori Hound. Chidori Nagashi. Chidori Sharp Spear.

Half of those are already a part of Raiton on SL. 

Well....I was thinking of creating a KG that was the Uzimakai clan...extra health from the strart and a bunch of sealing jutsus. Could be used in combo with......Somthing. And make it so that rasengan could only be used by people in that clan.

There's really no point, seeing all members are well, extinct. They specialized in Sealing Ninjutsu, but apart from that, they were useless. Kushina's just a one-offer prodigy, like Orochimaru and Itachi; nothng really special, just adept to learning and utilizing skills in certain areas.

Obtain a dwelling key (preferably to a cityhouse); this way your odds are multiplied by at least 1.5, that of surviving as well as progressing to reach the level reuqired to face off against (as well as slay) Orochimaru. Withdraw only what you need, like for weapons and armor, or for healing should you be unable to pay with a loan or such.

Whatever it takes to obtain both Hyouton and Fuuton before you hit 45 DK's. After that invest in additional forest fights and intelligence; easy levelling.

In other words, you could obtain a high amount of DK's on Shinobilegends with the same amount of time it would take for Neji to code and upload such a modification; it's entirely unnecessary unless the nominator for the mod's a lazy peer who rarely logs into Shinobilegends in the first place.
