Title: Bio Pic Resizing.

It seems by Bio Pic is resized into an unbeliavbly smaller size that last time. last time it was square just in a normal size now its just like tall... is it just me or what?

the maximum size is 260:260

if one limit of that is exceed, the pic will be shrinked to a smaller size, same aspect ratio.

if you posted a 520x250 pic, you will now have a 260x125 pic.

The former setting malfunctioned and did only resize the height, not the width, I have corrected that.

I am not fond of page-filling avatars.  :D
