This is to strip Haschwelthe of the 0 tails. He's gone past the inactivity clause and hasn't been logged in for 15 days. I wish to take the bijuu into my possession.

Sure, he should be stripped. But why should it go to you? Did you challenge him? I know he doesn't have a forum thread. So if you messaged him a challenge and can prove it, sure it should go to you.

Challenged him for it on the public thread Eric made for the 0 tails. I waited for him to become inactive to make this topic and even waited an extra day.

I agree to the strip.
However, I don't agree that it immediately goes to Shadow. Hashwelte is already out of compliance in the bijū rules for not having a forum account and not making a preference listing.

Unless you do have proof that you issued a challenge before posting on the thread that is out of compliance.
If anything, it should be returned to the Council where we will have another Face-Off for it if more than one party is interested in it.
(I would be interested in fighting for it, is what I'm saying. >.<)

Why wouldn't it go to me? Pretty sure if I said nothing it would go into oblivion for another week at the least without anyone saying a word. I waited the recommended amount of time before bringing it to the council and now you're telling me no because others want to have it?

Well seeing as I challenged Ryoji and Yujo for their beasts and stripped them in the same exact manner, essentialy, that I did. And neither of them had preferences put up or anything of the sort O_O
And no one, not from the council, to the onlookers, or from the people I stripped, argued anything about how I did it. And I got all, what, like three/four beasts? o.o Without a single complaint.
Except the Eight Tails, but because Trev and Yujo had been talking or something. But that's okay cause Trev and I handled things like big boys CD
This is the same thing just for the Zero Tails, who has no challengers.

Also Dato, if you have an interest in seeing where the Reibi goes you should probably abstain from voting. With Shadow also not getting a vote, there are on odd number of votes left, so it should work out.

Hate to be a spoiled sport here, but I actually challenged for the Zero-Tails on my alt, Guruguru. The thing is I never received a response back from the host and according to the timeline between me and Shadow, I have the upper-hand since I challenge for it a while back.

Can a mod (Not Kamui for obvious reasons) check out the current mails in Haschwelte's inbox? That'll be the real determining factor.

Wait, are you asking a SL mod to check the personal mailbox of a player despite said player having not violated any game rules? That doesn't seem just a bit shady to you?

And...privacy? Well, its mine so there...However, I also trust the ethics of those with the power to look into my pms to stay out of them unless a complaint has been made and there is evidence to warrant an invasion/investigation. And of course Bijuu things have nothing to do with a valid rule violation.
