Note: I used the search feature, and didn't find anything on this. If there happens to be something like this, please give me a link.
I think we should have a DK restriction on who can make a clan. At the least, Chuunin, because we have alot of "junk" clans out there.... (junk clans being clans that is entirely made up of inactive AS and Genin, and are going to be deleted soon.) You can join any clan that you can meet the requirements of... but if you wanted to make your clan... you'd have to wait.
I'll admit, I made my clan when I was AS... and it's nearly died... multiple times... but I've kept it up, so far; however, I wished that I had went to a clan that I could have learned something about running my own. I realize that's my own fault, but maybe we can help some before we get another ton of clans thrown at us...
Plus, that'd probably mean some of our other clans would be a little more successful... heh>>

lol, what are you complaining about? You have over 100... and you already have your clan... I don't think Neji will raise the standard for a clan THAT high...

I'm assuming those are Temp attack and def boosts...And I assume that you have Kyuubi...Because I only have about 31 attack and Def with a level 15 weapon and armor...And I'm a blue Anbu Captain >.>

Even after all of my buff & mount run out, I still have 80+20 attack & 75+4 defense. Shinigami's Blessed Weapon & Ninja Leetness don't run out.

And that's only if you spent all your points on attack/defenseattack OR defense ALONE.

Do the math. You have level 15 equipment obviously, which is easy to get by levels 3 and 4 at my rank.

Too many of the Clans are completely dead. And I find that's because they are run my Academy Students or Genins.
If this Restriction does happen then we'll have a lot less One Member Clans which is a good thing :)
Besides, no one wants to have an Academy Student as a Leader ;)

Lol :) I myself am an Academy Student >.<
I reached 18 DKs but decided to start over for certain reasons and deleted my character. So I was kind of insulting myself ;)

I highly doubt you were. You seem to be familiar with being a moderately ranked character, therefore directed the blame of failing clans to Students and Genin.

I am mostly going by facts and things I have seen with my own eyes. Does not mean that there are not exceptions, such as yourself, to the rule, but many of the "lesser" clans are run by Academy Students or Genins.
Fact: Academy Students have less experience then Sannins and such. That inexperience tends to result in a "lesser" clan.
I seriously don't mean this offensively. Seriously :)

That's what I'd like to know. Some clans, such as Rave, were successful at one point. (Rave fell because of the clan bug thing.. Sad sad sight).

I don't like math either. But something that simple should be tolerated, as it is 2 grade work and effort.

The 65+15 thingy is easy. You can tell the answer just by looking at it. What I mean was calculating what level is my stat at @_@

Also keep in mind that Rave Master was an alt for a member who's high up in Dragon Kills, he wasn't a newbie and knew much about the game and how to lead.

I say hunter nin. From DK's 1-8 you are just getting adjusted. than from 8 - 12 you start learning about the vampire lord event and akastuki, so i say by hunter nin you know about enough.

I'm not a newbie either. Far from it actually. :]
But depending on time, I will never be able to make a clan unless I level Viral, which I won't. And you know very very well that I will never leave Drago, Baluski.
So this will restrict me due to time and how fast Oliver can do this? Very kind of you. :]

Well... I made my clan just like, 2 minutes ago. Yay me. :]
I could care less what happens now, but Jounin seems fine for me.

This whole topic has been posted on by at least Jounin or higher people. { no offense} We should get an acad's point of view on it. I say yes for teh restriction and change it to Jounin. Either way, acads are going to somehow become leaders. They could take over after a clan leader leaves and so on. So technically, this problem will never end. But it will most certainly get better. Also, if you really want your alt to be the leader of a clan, cnat you just form a clan with your main, add you alt in it, promote your alt, and then leave and rejoin your prevois clan. A lot of work i know but if you really wnat a calN....
I've rambled on enough. All im saying is that if Acads really wanted a clan, they could get it. They could ask their higher level friends or w/e. Unless Neji Makes it that all acads are banned from leader posistion...

Well, as opposed to the Sannin thing, it was only wishful thinking. As not everyone is suitable to be the leader or founder of a clan, but with a Sannin, a more experienced person of the game, it can make clans better and stronger. And also, with only Sannins making clans, then there would only shorten the creations of clans once more. I for one enjoyed my time as an academy student when there were only around 20 clans in the game. >.>

Sannin isn't to high ._. Man I remember when I was barely started playing, if you were Kage ranked you were like Godly strong o.o but now a days there are so many higher ranked characters and such, I see it as ANBU Captain being the Jounin from my day. >.>;

Sannin is kinda high... especially if you are a new person on the game... you look and say... "Holy crap, 25 Dragon Kills (for those that know about the rankings), That's a TON!"

Same here, the thought of never becoming a high rank is what drove me to quit but then I beat everything on runescape and quit Kingdom of Loathing so here I am!

I wouldnt mind all of the clans going ka-poot...Starting anew sounds rather nice...Everyone would be able to just make the clans they had before if they are dedicated enough...Except there should be a warning before the clans go away...So people can save all the information they put into the clan...Like the descriptions and ranks they had going....Would people be getting back the stuff they spent on the clans or is that a lost cause?
