One big problem with Gyu's card. Too strong to be allowed into the game. Forbidden. Plain and simple.

See the stars on top of some of the cards?
When a card has 1-4 stars, it can be played right off the bat.
5-6 stars need to to destroy one of your own monsters.
7-8 stars needs you to kill 2 of your own.
9-12 needs you to kill 3 of your own.

Get a rule book...I bet it's online somewhere.
Then go to the website mentioned on the 1st page and you can make your own card, with your own effects and your own picture.

My wording allows the equipped monster to attack directly as long as it didn't destroy a monster.
If you have your other monsters or a magic card to destroy all of your opponent's monsters first, so if there is no monster to attack then the equipped monster can attack directly.
Yours wouldn't allow the equipped monster to attack directly at all.
