Hiya!
I activated my SST today, and while it activated, and did it's usual effect, it did not update the Cache.
Here is a Image.

You can see that the Hyouton is still at 8 uses, and other Jutsus are not appearing.

What you see on the left is part of the caching.
However, you will not get new techniques if your basic learning in that specialty is not high enough.
Example:
10 points in fire
10 points in ice
= 20 points chakra
you active SST.
that does not mean
20 points in fire
20 points in ice
BUT it does push your overall uses (for this day) up.

But I had 16 skill points in Hyouton, meaning I should have seen more for that.
Also I should have other Uchiha Jutsus. All that seems to have happened is the cashe didn't reset, has it does most times when I activate my SST.

On the left it says, "Chakra (16 points)"
That is from the SST.
Chakra (8 points)

Chakra (16 points)
It doesn't effect the specialties themselves but your overall capacity.

The 8 represents uses, the 16 represents Skillpoints, I know, I've read the code.
Now when the SST is activated, uses become 16 over all, plus I have 16 Skillpoints in Hyouton.
Therefore I should have access to
-Rouga Nadare no Jutsu (12)
-Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu (16)
Conditions have been met, Skillpoints are 16, and use points are as well.
Also, I should have access to the Jutsus Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, as all the conditions for them have been met.
All that has happened is the Cache didn't reset as it normally does. After that I used the Bushin no Jutsu, it reset the cache, and everything was there as normal.

:/ That doesn't sound right.
I am pretty sure that you can only have certain jutsu if you have enough points in that section.
Example:
SST increases the chakra points. Not the specialty points.
So why would a specialty show up if you don't have enough points in that specialty?
i.e. 8 points !>= 12 || 16
So you shouldn't be able to use those ninjutsu and they shouldn't even show up.
You only have 8 points in Hyouton Ninjutsu available, so you are unable to use those two ninjutsu mention in the post prior.

Because I did!
The cache didn't update, so technically I *Don't* but I actually do.
Else, why did they all appear as soon as I used my Bushin Jutsu, and Cache reset?

I checked; Ice is right. Hyouton only lists your skillpoints as its number, not your chakra count.

I just checked.
If you have used your skill points in Hyouton before you activate SST the skill points do not increase and you are not allowed to use the moves that you do not have enough skill points to use at the moment.
In other words, it works correctly.
The SST increase chakra, not skill points and You cannot use a jutsu when you do not have enough skill points to do so.
Hence
(8 Chakra Points) && (8 CURRENT Hyouton Skill Points available for use)
-Activate SST-
(16 Chakra Points) && (8 CURRENT Hyouton Skill Points available for use)
You cannot use a jutsu without having at least enough skill points to use it with.
At least that is how (I believe) it has been for a good 6 (or so) years (unless my memory escapes me).
You shouldn't be able to use:
-Rouga Nadare no Jutsu (12)
-Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu (16)
You only have 8 points available for use in Hyouton. Yes your chakra increased, but your points don't.
You cannot use a jutsu that requires 12 || 16 points if you only have 8.
If it was available after you got a bunshin, than that should be the bug being reported.

But Twitch, your not listening, and your not looking,
Please look at the screen shot, and you will clearly see I had 16 skill points.
I am not talking about my skill points increasing, only my uses as I already had the required skill points.
And even if that was the case, that still wouldn't explain why my other Sharingan Jutsus didn't appear, because they only go off uses and the other condition, which are both met.

Yes, you have 16 skill points TOTAL, but you have have 8 available FOR USE.
It doesn't show all techniques. Only techniques that you are allowed to use with you available skillpoints.
I am not familiar with the Uchiha Kekkei Genkai so . . . yeah.

Oh I see what you mean, but that is incorrect.
In the original LoGD speciality system that is how it worked, but in Neji's system it doesn't work that way.
You don't have x uses points for one speciality, and y for another.
Your total uses points = your total uses points in any speciality, that is just how Neji's system works.
I already stated what the error was, it was just the Cache not clearing, and I wonder why I did not,as it has every other time I have done this.

Yes, but as your chakra decreases, so do your skill points.
Ex.
CP = Chakra Points
SP = Skill Points

16SP (in a specialty)
-Do something to decrease your chakra -
20CP
16SP
- Do something to decrease your chakra -
16CP
16SP
- Do something to decrease your chakra -
8CP
8SP
-Activate SST -

I couldn't find a way to put that in words so I hope that is sufficient.

No, this in incorrect Twitch.
I know Neji's System, I have the code, and it is much different. Your Skillpoints DO NOT decrease, only uses points.
Here are more screen shots showing exactly what is wrong.
Here, before I Activate SST

Now, I activate it, nothing has changed because it has stopped clearing the Cache when it is activated.

Lastly, I active a Bushin Jutsu, just so it refreshes the Cache, and everything turns out how it should be.

I think Neji needed to know that it has stopped clearing the cache, to show the changes in the uses.

It has been this way for as long as I remember.
So, this bug has always been here?
Because that above has never happened to me. The skillpoints never increase when I activate SST...

My skillpoints haven't changed at all Twitch, how often do I keep saying this? Only my Uses.
But I've only noticed this lately.
However I have said what I need to, and I see no point in continuing this pointless arguement.
I have seen something wrong, gotten screen shots, and done my part, and will now leave it for Neji.
