Basically, for new modules, new layouts (=templates) and much more we are looking for somebody who is experienced with:
->symbiosis of different colours and layouts to create a fitting whole
->basic HTML/CSS knowledge
->an eye for good graphics
->basic usage of image editing via Photoshop/GIMP to make a picture fitting.
Ideally, if you are very proficient at drawing and can draw Naruto figures in a decent anime style, you may also apply as there is always use for individual and more fitting pictures to events/places.
