Donate using paypal if you are going to make a donation via your computer.

I don't know what billing system your might speak of.
Also, how would be able to transfer money via _email_ only???
Do you scan bills in?
There has to be some sort of billing system like paypal behind, without such a money institute, there is no transfer possible.
If possible (for anyone with credit card or with an account there), please use Paypal... it's fast, safe, and well-known.

Yes, postal donations are not recommended (as I stated various times), but if you have to, you can (at your own risk).

Just to put in my two cents, please, if you donate via mail send money orders. This way, if something is to happen and the letter somehow gets lost, you can always go back to the place where you got it and recieve a refund. Much safer then sending cash in my opinion.
