Well at first they were too easy and anyone could win them which is probably why Neji changed it, but now it is too hard. I attacked someone who had 10 attack and defense points less than mine and he still got me down to 9 hp, simply because he had more dks. Is there any way this could be fixed?

No, I am 48 dks and we was about 56.
Edit: I also have a greater speed and heath (checked at baan-san)

b) 8 dks are basically 4 atk and 4 def points he gets more for PvP reasons.

So our stats changes relative to pvp? :D
But If we attack someone lower in dks, do we lose Att/Def points as well? I attacked a someone with about 30dks less than me, and relatively half my defense, and a couple hundred fewer HP...but I got completely slaughtered twice...up until this point, they could hardly scratch me :-?

Same with me, I usually get killed by those who even have less dks than I do. This system favors the defender over the attacker.

i find that even though i have 2 oro kills, acad students kill me in the fields when i have 15 armor and weapons, no matter what lv, and i have 23 xtra hp. also, its up and down, a chuunin attacked me and i killed him.

I think someone said a very similar thing before. Your stats aren't too different from an academy student. So, there luck is a big part.
