Sennin Mode
info:Sennin Mode is a combination power-up used by Jiraiya and the mother and father toad. Jiraiya will first add additional markings too his cheeks; he will then summon the mother and father toad to join him on his shoulders. Once in this mode, Jiraiya's body will take on a toad-like appearance with warts and a bigger nose(partial). His body can also alter even more to include such things as toad legs and arms to increase his mobility(full). Jiraiya can enter this mode alone; however he has stated he doesn't have the skill level to control it. Once in this mode, the three Sennin can use their own unique jutsu or combine them for an even deadlier attack.
First Reset
- the char start with 2 mounts (Toad Elders), which boost his Wisdom and Intelligence and allow the use of: -Snake-like Tongue (binding the enemy for 1 turns, cost 3 chakra); and -High-pressure Water Current (deals damage for1 turn, costs 3 chakra).
- a partial tranformation(minor boost to Strength and Constitution), allowing the use of : -Senpou • Kebari Senbon (deals damage for 3 turns, costs 5 chakra)
Second Reset
- Full-body transformation(major boost to Dexterity plus minor boost to to Strength and Constitution), being able to use: -Senpou • Goemon(5 turns damage, costs 10 chakra); and -Toad Binding Duet( ultimate genjutsu that binds the enemy and deals little damage for 5 turns, costs 16 chakra)

I think you would have to go into a little bit more detail for Neji to even look at it seriously.
Such as go into deatail exactly everything this would have to offer and what those offers allow the player to do.

Plus, is this a Kekkei genkai..? This might be a special thing, only with Jirayas Secret.

I looked at it more like a curse seal/Star tatoo. Maybe for a lawful thing, but then we'd need a chaotic thing.

He has been introduced in the anime, but he was really "introduced" in the manga.

I think she means that having him in the forest is no major spoiler. OR she could be talking about Sennin mode.

to define a kekkei genkai, you are right.
you might have noticed that the hidden cave never talks from "hey, get a kekkei genkai here".
it gives out outstanding abilities. therefore any POWERFUL ability with a rating to be insane to put in just like "get it now, use tomorrow" is nonsense. Whatever costs a great deal of work, will be ONLY in the hidden cave.
Note that I reserve the right to have requirements for future abilities obtainable there.

Well the Shodaime Hokage, the Sandaime kazekage and Lee/Gai didn't exactly came out of the womb using mokuton , satetsu and opening the gates , they had to work through life in order to develop these abilities that only them could use, and until someone other than Jiraya uses this one, there's no way of knowing that this isn't something that only he could do.

I thought I saw the word "Kekkei Genkai" in there.
Anyway, I just don't want every power up to be one. We need to have some good stuff obtainable through different ways, after all.
