What is it? What does it do? Every time I get it I have no idea what it's for. Something tells me it's just a gem or something untranslated but I would like to make sure.

Yeah, I've heard a lot about this and yet, have never enountered opne. It sounds like a gem to me. Rare and expensive, I'd keep it, if I were you...
