Western Europe, around Latvia and other weird-named countries .-.

more in Luxembourg than the U.K. and Russia and China aren't listed >_>;;

in northern europe.it is south of Latvia,east of Russia,the gulf of finland separates it from finland in the north and is separated from sweden by the baltic sea at the west.This is all according to wikipedia.
